Opmerkingen: Ik kan op professionele wijze een bestelformulier presenteren.

Pluspunten:

Ik kon er met gemak een bestelformulier in maken, zonder enig technische of creatieve kennis.

Minpunten:

Ik zou in de pakketten die aangeboden worden nog een lager instapmodel kiezen. De gratis versie heeft te weinig inzendingen en de eerst betaalde versie is echt een stap te ver voor het relatief simpele gebruik zoals door mij. Ik betaal graag voor een mooie functionaliteit als dit, maar misschien meer modulair aanbieden of een betaalde basisstap aanbieden.

Jotform is great for small businesses needing a response solution

Opmerkingen: My overall experience has been good. Their live chat support is great, and they have a support forum aswell.

Pluspunten:

Jotform is by far the most advanced form builder in the market. You can customize elements, add custom HTML/CSS, integrate payments inside of forms, use webhooks and send email responses.

Minpunten:

I don't like the fact that HIPPA compliance is a paid feature.

Made our informal processes compliant

Pluspunten:

Jotform has helped formalised a few different processes that we have running in our stores where a contractual agreement and it being signed off is necessary. Previously we would have this in a more informal manner but we have had to change that for compliance reasons. More specifically, this helped us keep track of loan devices we provide by having the customer sign off on the agreement and the condition of the device prior to being handed over. The website builder is easy enough to use and responses/results are easy to share to other parties that need to view it. It was disappointing to find out that Microsoft Forms does not allow for a way to e-sign on forms but that was what drove the implementation of JotForm in our org. We also currently have it configured to integrate with Sharepoint so that the files are also being backed up there for an additional layer of redundancy.

Minpunten:

Nothing in particular, helped us formalise some key processes in our business.

Eerder overwogen alternatieven: Docusign

Redenen om voor Jotform te kiezen: Microsoft Forms for whatever reason still does not allow for e-signatures despite the amount of individuals requesting for this feature

Redenen om over te stappen op Jotform: We use Docusign but its inability for to build forms on the fly when we need it led to us also picking up Jotform

Payment and submissions do not align, don't waste your time

Opmerkingen: Very disappointing - early promising look, but poorly executed on the back end and with the service letting it down

Pluspunten:

the form was easy to set up and at first seemed like a good solution

Minpunten:

the more you use it, the more bugs its got, the more things you find out it doesn't do, or you have to pay to use that feature, then you pay and then it doesn't do what it promised, and the customer service is quick but they read from a script, no human element used. Just avoid and save your hair.

Jotform simplifies everything

Opmerkingen: Customer support is generally very good. It sometimes depends on the person answering, and I sometimes get different answers from different people. But, they get back to me quickly and with good information. It's a complex program, does what I need, and help is available when things go wrong.

Pluspunten:

I run a scholarship program using JotForm. We have a long application that is simple for students to complete. I share the results with 60 scholarship providers. Each one receives a different set of applications. All of this is simple to do.

Minpunten:

When creating reports, fields appear in the order they were created, not the order they are listed on the application. This means it takes more time to find the fields I want to include.

Eerder overwogen alternatieven: Google Forms

Redenen om voor Jotform te kiezen: It was not Adobe Sign, but rather Adobe forms, not listed as an option. Adobe discontinued the product.

Redenen om over te stappen op Jotform: Jotforms has a much more powerful reporting system.
