I can make calls while driving and I'm immediately prompted to make a note about the call (logging the time in that leads activity). When I complete an action I'm immediately prompted to set the next action (before I forget\!)&#10;Everything is connected, but I don't have to fill out every field to move forward with my day. I can edit and add as I go - the ultimate flexibility while retaining the critical info I need to close deals.

The Mobile Application provides just the right contact information on a small device and allows me to update records across the organization.
