Its a easy to use software

I like how its user friendly. Very simple to navigate the software. Everything is pretty much self explanatory
Minpunten:
I do not like how it now breaks up the part and labor cost. In this case there should be a area for taxes as well.

Opmerkingen: Autosist has helped me keep accurate and up to date records on the 25 vehicles that we have in our fleet. I like that I can keep all of the records in one location and I never have to worry about saving my work, as its all automatically saved. The design layout makes it easy to select one of the vehicles in our fleet and all of the information is instantly displayed. The software is very easy to use and learn, without sacrificing key features. Whenever I need to recall service records, it is simple to click on the vehicle in question, and all of the information is displayed along with any of the data that I inputted.
Pluspunten:
There are many options out there for fleet management software, but I ended up choosing Autosist because it is not unnecessarily complicated like some of the other options out there. It is the most user-friendly option and it is not cluttered with a bunch of features that I have no use for.
Minpunten:
I wish there was a simple way to total the amount spent on repairs & maintenance, per vehicle, and as a total amongst the fleet

Hi Scott, thank you so much for your review! We do have a report called the Spend Analysis found in the reports section that will break down how much you spent on each vehicle for all services done. Our company just went through a "NEW ENTRY DOT AUDIT" which included Vehicle Maintenance Files. Several years ago we had gone through a Compliance Audit and Vehicle Maintenance was found unsatisfactory. The same officer did the New Entry Audit (our company had changed names and gotten a new DOT#) and was impressed with documentation. She called our VM "PRISTINE!" It keeps our guys on track with paperwork, sends reminders for PM and it's user friendly!!
The team at Autosist has been amazing to work with and always prompt when answering any questions. [sensitive content hidden] is very knowledgeable about their product and has been a true pleasure to work with!

I wouldn't say I like this least bc it's just the nature of the data, but I find it very manually entry heavy. Again without a digital transfer obviously it has to be manually input. But sometimes I think there must be a more efficient way to document all the service/maintenance that has occurred on equipment. Sometimes its being serviced by outside entities so I take the invoice and manually input those services

Work orders are the most helpful for our team. Ease of use for all employees to report what needs to be fixed and/or repaired and our mechanics can see in real time what is going on.
Minpunten:
Requiring the price of fuel. We have bulk fuel tanks and contract pricing with our fuel supplier, so this is not important info for the team to collect. I do have to say this is NOT a deal breaker, we simply put in a zero dollar amount.

AUTOsist has been imperative to maintaning the health of our fleet. AUTOsist support team is timely and efficient in their responses/ resolutions, and has even created and added a new layer to the app in order to fit our business needs. They truly care about customer support and satisfaction.

The app does have several glitching errors or is slow to process.

Opmerkingen: Autosist has already helped us track monies spent on maintenance for our units, rigs, and other equipment we have logged. And keeps up with mileage. Just a great product to see where your money is spent.
Pluspunten:
I have only been on this program since June and it has made my life and what I do for my company so much easier. Its first off user friendly and very easy to maneuver around in. It gives you so much options to be detailed with your equipment or the function you need for your company. I can't wait to see what a full year of 2024 brings us to show our owners the bottom line.

I seriously feel there are NO CONS, this is the greatest program I have ever had the pleasure to work on.
Autosist is exactly what our company needed to help with our maintenance.
Opmerkingen: We are able to track our preventative maintenance to make sure trucks are serviced on regular intervals. Being able to search old records is a huge positive. I no longer have to dig through paper records to find a service record.
Pluspunten:
When the software is used on a daily basis, it sends us reminders about preventative maintenance. This is extremely important for us on our spare trucks as those are driven by multiple people and no 1 person is responsible for that truck. The way you can use the software to let the shop know of problems with the truck when they are noticed is great. This gives the maintenance shop a heads up that they will have to address it. They don't find out when the truck comes in. Autosist will build inspections to your specs. Their customer service is great. If you have a question, you talk to a person. You don't have to deal with an automated system.
Minpunten:
The only thing I feel Autosist is missing is the ability to track inventory. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Opmerkingen: Overall it has been a GREAT feature for Service Department and for our Accounting Department. We also can easily keep track of each vehicle in our fleet and know what all has been repaired or upgraded on the vehicle.
Pluspunten:
It is easy to manage. We can easily export receipts for fuel and all repairs to a spreadsheet and reconcile credit card transactions with all the gas and/or repairs for the month. Huge plus and saves alot of time.
Minpunten:
setting up new trucks is a little time consuming
Perfect for preventative maintenance
Opmerkingen: I've never had better customer service. [sensitive content hidden] has been our main point of contact, and I would highly recommend her! She always responds in a timely manner and it quick to answer our questions in a way we'll understand.
Pluspunten:
We love the service reminders! This makes it super easy for our office to keep track of what vehicles need oil changes and when we need to renew registrations.
Minpunten:
With the size of our fleet, getting all of the VIN, license plate, and other information to set up was time consuming. But as soon as we had everything, Autosist did the rest of the set up for us.

Opmerkingen: I’m personally quite satisfy with Autosist which help my monitoring work become a lot easier for daily maintainence work. They also have fuel tabs and other work tabs but i didn’t need that feature as it will take up a lot more time to key all that in

I used Autosist for years to record my service record on my trucks and I can check back anytime to monitor the spare parts life tenure which directly affect my maintainence cost. I do also like the reminders tab which I can schedule weekly maintainence and instruct my technician to do the preventive maintainence. This is important as down time is the biggest issues in transportation industry.
Minpunten:
The pricing is in USD so if convert back to Malaysia Ringgit is actually quite costly for a small company like mine. Also, you need time to do all this book keeping and if the handler is not familiar then this apps will not be useful.

Knowing about your vehicle when no one shares.
Opmerkingen: This has been great, it has taken a lot of tension out of the air, with me not having to ask the drivers for the information. An automatic reminder is sent out at the being of each month for the inspections, and with in minutes of a driver completing and submitting, I am aware of any issues he is having.
Pluspunten:
Just being able to know if any of our vans are due service, registration, or just having issues with one click on each van. I don't have to wait for the drivers to share any of the information, from when they get gas, to how their vehicle is preforming. I am still finding new ways of looking at the data.
Minpunten:
I haven't found anything I don't like, the guys in the field take a little while to warm up to using it to it's maximum potential. I would like for the map option to be a little more informative, but I am still learning my way around it.

Would be nice to see a few different templates for inspections. We track all of our trailers in there so I dont need to check the engine and oils on a trailer for example. Instead of having to create one every time we add a new vehicle or trailer or piece of equipment.

Hi Steve, thanks for your review! For the custom inspections, you should be able to copy an existing template and edit it based on your needs. If you add a new vehicle or asset, you can assign them existing inspection forms. Does that make sense? We can walk you through it if you email us at [email protected].

Great software for our needs
Opmerkingen: Overall experience so far has been great. We demoed a few different systems and this was the best fit for us and our approximately 100 units. Customer support has been great, and very responsive. And onboarding / implementation was simple.
Pluspunten:
What we liked most about autosist is its ease of use. We needed a more sophisticated system fo maintenance tracking and this software fulfills all of our needs. Others that we demoed were more complicated from a user standpoint. We wanted something that would give us the proper reports we needed and also was easy to use for our mechanics. We are finally able to do away with manual spreadsheets and maintenance boards. The excel export spreadsheet is exactly what we need to track labor hours and maintenance records by department.
Minpunten:
We haven't really run into any "cons" just yet. If I had to think of one I would say the inability to eliminate some unnecessary fields would be it. We are able to add custom fields as needed, which is great. But we are unable to remove default fields that we dont want or need. Not a big deal, but it does make for a more cluttered user entry field.
Autosist Fleet Management

When a driver first downloads the software to their phone, they always log into the wrong section trying to activate the software.
Once it is opened they do not have any trouble navigating or understanding which menus to use.
Customer Service helps immediately with any problems, very helpful.
Pluspunten:
This was easy to implement and get started. The customer support is excellent. We needed a solution with fuel tracking and this software has that. My drivers like how easy and efficient it is to use. We use customized check lists and trip logs daily, my drivers appreciate the efficiency. Autosist helped set up the checklists fast and efficient.
Minpunten:
The reports need work and customization is less than perfect. My drivers complain that it takes some time for the program to open on their phone each day, other than that they really like how easy and efficient it is to use. We are pleased with the product overall.
Great product and great customer support
Opmerkingen: I am very satisfied with this product and will continue to use it for years to come.

It keeps all my maintenance records in one easy to use location. I like how it's all organized, my drivers can inspect the vehicles and update milage. By doing so it can trigger a reminder to get the vehicle serviced, so keeping up with maintenance is a breeze. I especially love their customer service. They will address any concerns you have and quickly. You will not go wrong if you decide to use this platform.

I have a relatively large fleet of vehicles and overtime as more data was entered into my portal, it began to slow down on the web browser. The app on the phone remained fast. I contacted their support and they fixed the problem fast.
Great way to Keep Up with your maintenance
Opmerkingen: Overall this Software is the exact thing our company was needing to keep up with maintenance and do away with Paper logs.
Pluspunten:
Love how you can customize the inspections and also how you can schedule reminders and see when trucks have been inspected. I also like the fact that you can upload photos to everything
Minpunten:
This software does have a learning curve and can be a bit confusing for employees. I wish it was a bit more user friendly.

Very simple to use. We do most of our own service work in-house. Most other systems have functionality related to invoicing, billing and inventory. None of that is currently relevant information to us and we'd have to design workarounds to use the other software.

I don't dislike anything. It is so easy and doesn't require any "workarounds".

Better than a spreadsheet!
Opmerkingen: Prior to using AUTOsist, we were entering all vehicle information into an enormous spreadsheet. This took way more time than any of us had. Now, the mechanics enter repairs and maintenance records as they work.
Pluspunten:
This product was the best option for our company because we can monitor and maintain vehicles without having any sort of tracker installed and there is no monthly per-vehicle fee. This allows us to keep up with maintenance on our forklifts, trailers, and more.
Minpunten:
I would like to be able to see the year and make of the vehicles without having to go into the Vehicle Details.

Customer Support is AMAZING
Opmerkingen: We are able to monitor the maintenance and services for all of our company vehicles as well as alerts for expiring registration and insurance cards. AUTOsist customer service is very quick to respond to emails.
Pluspunten:
This software is very user friendly. I love the integration between the application for smartphones and the website. I can monitor the activity from my desk computer using the website and my technicians can use the application on their smartphones in the field.

Integration with our existing processes was not difficult.
