Functionality and many of the issues still exist, which makes it difficult to use and navigate. I find Dynamics licenses and cost of maintenance are still very expense for the value provided. You have to use a third party consultant (or internal support) to implement and project management which was quite costly and cumbersome. > > I think if we had the chance to select a new system again, we would definitely select differently. The system is very cumbersome, users have a hard time self-servicing and need a lot of hand-holding for simple entry and analysis. I also find the reporting is atrocious.
