I choose them as a scheduler provider for my very small yoga business and originally signed on because they offered a fair, low price for the basic program. I've stayed with Momoyoga for the past 4 years and it's because you simply can't beat the excellent customer service (actually can speak to a person easily), the ease of navigating the set up for classes/events etc and my clients have found it easy to login and register for classes. Momoyoga has stayed competitive with pricing and services and have even honoured my original pricing despite their service options shifting. I had shopped around as my business grew and decided to stay with Momoyoga. It is a great scheduler and feels like business who actually cares about happy customers and providing a great service rather than a larger, over-charging conglomerate company. The translation into German is lacking. If you have too many price categories and classes the system seems to be insufficent respectively it shows bugs, is not working properly.
