That said, BAM\! does update versions \& functions regularly. > > This was a very good business decision. A bit of a leap of faith, since sales enablement isn't the household name that other 3 letter words are (think: CRM, ERP, etc). But everything it said it would do, it did. I used to spend WAY too much time making sure the sales staff and dealer reps have the latest versions of product catalogs, sell sheets, sales playbooks, etc. but I would still inevitably find out people were sharing dated and inaccurate content with customers or training against an old standard and then when the finger-pointing commenced it was ultimately on me. This will speed up the distribution of information as well open up the line of communication with them. The setup on the back end is fairly straight forward with simplicity as well as a few more advanced features to get more technical with information available. A feature I am super excited to utilize is the User Generated Content; I look forward to creating incentives with my dealers and use some user generated content in my future marketing.
