I also like that you can send individual documents, whereas other companies will try to lock you into a larger contract. Weeks later, I was told by the receiver that he never received the document. I sent the document high priority with certified mail so this was highly disappointing. Fortunately, I was able to get a reprieve and went to the post office to send it that way instead.
