Harver is een door AI aangedreven platform voor evaluatie van werknemers voorafgaand aan indienstneming dat wordt gebruikt door enkele van 's werelds meest succesvolle merken, waaronder Netflix, KPMG, Zappos.com en nog veel meer. Harver stelt innovatieve teams in staat om wetenschappelijk gevalideerde beoordelingen en situationele beoordelingstests uit te voeren met een realistische taakvoorspelling. Het eigen AI-algoritme van Harver meet de geschiktheid van een kandidaat, passende cultuur, zachte vaardigheden en het vermogen om gedurende hun hele carrière te slagen.

Excellent pre-selection platform for high volume recruitment
Opmerkingen: In the current labour market, candidates turn out to be more selective in their job search. Instead of blindly accepting any offer, candidates would like to consider all elements of a job before deciding. Harver allows to give the candidates a realistic preview of a job in the early stages of a selection process. Through the online experience, candidates will learn more about the position and the company culture, and in parallel will be completing their assessments. In return, employers will receive assessment data from various tests about the candidates which allows them to make the right hiring decision. Also, in my experience the candidates that make it to the next round are far more motivated and prepared for the actual interview.
Pluspunten:
- highly innovative and interactive software from candidate and employer perspective - software that will allow a job preview to set the expectations - the platform comes with a large portfolio of selection tools (assessments) - the tool is very useful for a large amount of applicants, e.g. graduates
Minpunten:
- when I was working with the software in 2017/2018, some assessments were still under development - I believe they have updated the portfolio in the meantime
We use Harver for hiring employees for our four restaurants in Amsterdam and Utrecht (NL)
Opmerkingen: Saves time and cost selecting the right candidates. It provides us with more accurate data on the candidates to make better decisions, resulting in stronger teams.
Pluspunten:
It allows us to optimize our teams in a structured, efficient way. We're provided with accurate data about the person and his character instead of just a resumé to select candidates. It's a great way to automate the CV selection process, while reducing time spent. We were also very happy by their strong onboarding process. Within a few weeks we had professionally produced movies explaining our work environment.
Minpunten:
It creates a hurdle for people to apply. Candidates fill out about 150 questions, and could be demotivated to apply.

Highly innovative way to present dynamic job previews to candidates. Platform generates all the data I need to make hiring decisions!
Minpunten:
It takes some time to learn all the ins and outs of the platform. The Harver team guides you through it, but it's a lot of information to digest.
Started using Harver recently - great tool.
Opmerkingen: I started using Harver a couple of months ago. I notice that candidates already know what our company + the jobs are all about. The data profiles are extensive but for a quick candidate scan, the matching score is sufficient as well. Overall, really happy with the platform. Cool tech.
Pluspunten:

- The interface could use a little polishing - Comes with a learning curve - Setting up takes some time
Positions that used to take me 4-5 months to fill now takes me 1 month or less
Opmerkingen: Quality of my hires is much better. Hiring managers and the executive team are impressed by the quality and the speed at which I bring in talents for interviews. Of course I had to put in the work but Harver was the biggest help there.
Pluspunten:
Impressed by the product overall and how it filters through hundreds of candidates and tells me which ones to bring in for interviews and even recommend what areas to focus on during the interview.
Minpunten:
The interface could be improved a little. This is a high end technical tool but the design design really reflect that.
Most efficient way to qualify candidates for interviews
Opmerkingen: It really improved the quality of interview candidates and overall hires. It left no room for hiring managers gut feelings and biases which is one of the main reason I'm a fan of the tool.
Pluspunten:
Easy and effcient way to qualify inbound applications and candidate in general. Most candidates that were brought in for interviews were solid quality. The tool is fully automated and easy to set up. Support and implementation teams are super nice.
Minpunten:
The mobile app hasn't been rolled out yet. The tool could also use some UI improvements. Was a bit pricey at the beginning especial at our low hiring volume. Pricing made more sense once hiring started picking up.
Haven't read a single resume in 2 months thanks to these guys.
Opmerkingen: Quality hires.
Pluspunten:
Friendly team and smooth interface. Easy to use and implementation took less than 3 weeks time. Happy overall.
Minpunten:
Support could improve. It didn't integrate with my software early on but they took care of that quickly. Also, where is the mobile app?!
