Pluspunten:
The features are great and they actually work! After trying every software on capterra and more, FieldPulse allowed me to stop looking and get back to business. As an owner/operator I'm able to access the features I need in the field as well as the desktop. All the features are there in addition to many customization options. And the support is second to none. I've been able to get a human at all hours of the day and they are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Getting set up was a breeze and the support team guided me every step of the way (when needed). A slick gui AND good functionality? I'll take it.
Minpunten:
It could be more customizable, but isn't too limited. There are certain features that I'd like to see that aren't currently present, but then again no one does it all. And any software that had these features certainly lacked in most others. The team is also very responsive and interested in user feature requests. Sure, it's got it's bugs here and there. But when I mention one, the team usually knows about it and are on it already. That, or it was user malfunction.

Excellent Data Management Program
Opmerkingen: Tremendous, in any relationship there are ups and downs especially when you change systems (there is always the negative what did we lose/what's different approach). The Fieldpulse team has worked diligently with our management team to mitigate the feeling of loss, which has allowed for the teams to focus on all the things we have gained. This has made the change management side of things much easier.
Pluspunten:
The ease of data entry and communication with the customers is exceptional, our admin team loves how much time they save over our previous system.
Minpunten:
If I am being hyper critical, I find the reporting could use a few more field options to increase the data points you can compare. That being said the team at Fieldpulse has been exceptional at working with our organization to provide corrections and adjustments where necessary to make the program work more effectively for us. I am sure this is already on their radar, and will be enhanced.

Great value but misses the mark on some aspects
Opmerkingen: FieldPulse allows our electrical contracting business to operate smoothly, communicate effectively and schedule customers and employees.
Pluspunten:
Great financial value, easy to use, has the ability to maintain the team on the same page by using customer and job notes as well as pictures.
Minpunten:
App can be very slow, does not work without internet connection, and can be glitchy. Address auto population sometimes works and other times doesn’t. Search fields for materials are not very intuitive. Pictures take a very long time to upload to app extended the time it takes for estimates. Phone notifications will display improperly when changing the status of jobs.
One of the few times that cheaper paid off.
Opmerkingen: It is a well rounded field management software that isn't as popular as it should be. There was a time the Pricebook didn't work right, you couldn't add multiple quantities of a service which made it unusable, but they have since updated that and is the biggest reason I made the switch from HCP.
Pluspunten:
I like how it can do so much and you have the option to run your business how you would like. I like the Pricebook and creating options. There is a lot of customization. I love the pipeline and statuses of jobs, quotes, invoices, etc it's really helpful and of course all customizable.
Minpunten:
I was a little skeptical that I had to sign up for a year, something I wouldn't normally do, but having used it for a few months now, I'm really glad I did. With that said, I wish reporting was better and wish it looked more modern, it's definitely dated looking. I wish I felt like there was a bigger group of people using the software, like HCP, their Facebook group is large and very active. Always just relying on customer support is only one way to look at things. Overall I'm happy I'm with Fieldpulse, after having used Jobber and HCP for many years.
Look no farther
Opmerkingen: I give it a 10 out of 10. Customer service along with the onboarding process and the continued follow up after becoming a customer, I give them a 11 out of 10. They have made the switch over to them seamless. I cannot say enough about how helpful everyone has been with Field Pulse.
Pluspunten:
The team environment that customer service has with us. I like the ability to customize the forms to show what is needed and even to create our own forms to suit our needs. The ability to sent out contracts and take payments is another big aspect with Field Pulse. Once you understand how the Jobs and Invoices are tailored it makes keeping everything in place, nice and neat.
Minpunten:
When I have found something that did not work as efficient as it could the team at Field Pulse always has found a way to fix it. The ability to pull reports could be done better. The software is so detailed that sometimes pulling a simple report can be cumbersome.
