Our company has been using the Hodford's Send Smith Email Marketing Platform the past 10 years and we have found their delivery engine to be extremely robust and user friendly. In addition, their management & support team has been exemplary and always ready to help when the need arises. In fact, they have even customized SendSmith to suite our unique business requirements.
As a major part of our business we need a partner who is both responsive to our needs and system that both ourselves and our customers can rely to deliver emails in a timely fashion and provide comprehensive, objective reports.
We have been very happy with Hodford's SendSmith product and would gladly recommend it to anyone.

Opmerkingen: We are a restaurant group with fifteen different establishments in Hong Kong and rely heavily on email campaigns for our marketing. SendSmith helps us execute those campaigns flawlessly. It enables us to segment our database of customers in the most effective way, and enables said customers to respond to and interact with the material we send them. It also enables us to track the results of our communications campaigns in ways that inform future ones. Highly recommended.
