Opmerkingen: Overall Experience is very good. All the things for a sales person is at single place. From Bulk emails to templates. Productivity is also increase.
Pluspunten:
Hubspot has everything from creating templates to sending sequences. You can also automate all the process. Integrate with other known software also. You can see different Dashboard, create templates, Bulk emailing, Multiple emails, and many more things you can do with hubspot.
Minpunten:
I didn't see any drawback as of now using hubspot.

Lot of features like e-mail optimisation, content asset open and click-through rates tracking at a glance makes it one of the best CRM tool for us.
Minpunten:
The pricing plan and restrictions is the least i like about this software.

Opmerkingen: After you get used to the workflow of Hubspot, it is a breeze to use. Contacting new clients and adding them to Hubspot in no time becomes second nature. I also have Hubspot open during a Zoom call. I add some notes that I want to discuss, and report the full call just after we closed the call.I can then directly send an email with all the details to the other party.
Pluspunten:
The ease of use and many features that Hubspot CRM offers. Especially considering it is free software!I have tried out a few paid variants online, but I still fallback to Hubspot.That is saying something!
Minpunten:
This might sound weird, but sometimes the options are just to many. In my opinion, a solid and simple workflow helps with productivity. With Hubspot, you often have too many options for your needs. Not a huge problem, but I noticed that a few of my clients (including me in the beginning) where overwhelmed with all the features it offers.

Leveraging HubSpot for Add-on Sales
Pluspunten:
I LOVE the reporting and analytics. There are such great visualizations to help understand metrics and progress.
Minpunten:
I really do not like that you cannot tag an email from Gmail to a contact/company/deal retroactively. I know you can copy and paste, but I it's an annoyance. My company uses different software for current customer relationships vs. upsell so we don't want to automatically tag all comms to HS - it can be easy to forget!
