It also brings secure remote access and endpoint protection together within one client, which provides a more consistent experience than relying on several separate tools.

> **Minpunten**: Connection and authentication error messages could be more descriptive, as they do not always explain whether an issue relates to the network, credentials or configuration. Reconnecting after a device resumes from sleep or changes networks can occasionally require additional steps.

> This sytem is a reliable way to connect securely to our corporate systems when working remotely, as we are a large org with hybrid working model eveyone uses it. Once it has been configured by the IT team, everyday use is straightforward and it generally operates quietly in the background without creating unnecessary work for the user.
