It has good UX for employees and on the administrative side. Lattice Grow is a great feature that incorporates in to employee 1:1's and also the performance review cycle

it can be really tricky to make changes
Lattice + Slack Integration
Opmerkingen: I have only used Lattice a couple time when giving feedback on colleagues via our Slack integration. Overall, it is a good experience.
Pluspunten:
I appreciate that our "Praise" channel is integrated within Lattice (or vice versa) - that allows one to document feedback for colleagues and share it with the HR Team while also praising the colleague publicly within the organization.
Minpunten:
I would like lattice to be tied to my HR or Benefits which is Rippling

Easy to use and learn!
Opmerkingen: I like it and it does what we need. Staff and managers like it as well.
Pluspunten:
How easy it is to navigate and use. Easy to teach others.
Minpunten:
That you cannot talk to anyone when you have an issue. It is hard to try and explain and issue in an email. Recently had to send 15 emails to get a situation fixed.
