Unable to cancel subscription, takes 60 days and they threaten to continue to bill my credit card, which I cannot remove from my account. 3. My rep quit, the chat bot disconnected when asked to cancel subscription, called, took a month to get someone to respond on how to cancel. > > 1\. Our shop/field did not utilize the service as much as we thought for the amount we were paying. That is why I am canceling, not easy and was told I will continue to be billed for 2 extra months unless, so I will have to fight with my credit card company to keep the theft from occurring. The continued invoicing for 60 days is a HORRIBLE business policy that they stand by, this is theft. I cannot bill customers for a service I am not providing.
