Opmerkingen: It facilitates the creation of an application and also the ease of working as a team but with everyone in their workplace without the need to be all together in the same place.
Pluspunten:
It allows you to organize all the information in a more efficient and orderly way in a database that can be accessed by all authorized members and thus everyone can work in a more connected way with an updated database, it is easy to access and the creation of applications within Airtable They are quick to create to put good use to the needs that are required.
Minpunten:
Its price seems a little expensive to me, it is the only thing that I feel that they exaggerate with its price because the rest of the operation is in perfect working order.

Interfaces are not great and face some limitations IMO Record limits and pricing are a bit demanding for entrepreneurs and SME's

Opmerkingen: It was an okay program, however after trialling others we discovered that we prefer other project/product management tools.
Pluspunten:
Airtable had a modern design and allowed for better product and project management within my team.
Minpunten:
It was rather clunky and had significant bugs.

Opmerkingen: There is no customer service, so if you're ready to use Airtable, remember that if you'll ever run into an issue, there's no one to talk to.
Pluspunten:
Overall everything works amazing. Preset automations are limited, but you have the option of scripting so that helps a lot. Depending what you want to use Airtable for, you might need to use a lot of workarounds, but does the job.
Minpunten:
There is no customer service at all! theres no way of reaching them and they never respond to emails or their online forms. We had to leave them as we found an issue and needed help sorting it, but there was no one to talk to. a few days later one of the views had a bug where you couldn't click into any linked records, we tried emailing, submitting forms, but no response (btw this happened a month ago and still no response from them). The development team had to recreate another page for the users to use instead of the bugged one.

Effective Record Management
Opmerkingen: Overall experience with Airtable has been excellent. Once a base has been built and records created, it provides quick and easy access to information. My uses have included home inventory, travel planning, and member/volunteer management.
Pluspunten:
Airtable allows for easy organization of data. It's simple to create a base and customize it for retention and retrieval of records and information. The ability to upload documents and include website links is terrific.
Minpunten:
Limitations on the number of records in the free version.
