The integration and user friendly capabilities that required really no training . I was able to get other team members seats and used the product like experts at day 1.

Minpunten:

Some features have limitations and room for improvement is available compared to competitors like DocuSign and others.

SignEasy makes it Simple

Pluspunten:

SignEasy integrates well with FreshTeam with few issues, and the recent upgrades make it easier to customize the signing process further. We send hundreds of forms yearly, so this program streamlines the process and makes my job easier! Additionally, customer service has been very accommodating when I have any inquiries about the software or my plan.

Minpunten:

The integration with FreshTeam does have some glitches, where the HR software will not recognize the signed documents and give errors or not upload the signed copies. Additionally, I would prefer to have the option to be invoiced in CAD instead of USD, and when my subscription renews, it also renews the nonprofit discount automatically. I must contact SignEasy each year before my plan renews to re-apply for the 30% discount. Otherwise, I am charged the full price.

Signeasy Caters well to all Device Types

Opmerkingen: When doing web applications which have to run on a phone, tablet, computer and require document signing; Signeasy is my company's standard tool.

Pluspunten:

It makes it easy to sign documents on a phone, tablet, or computer. Allows easy signing when the user interface is limited such as on a phone.

Minpunten:

Some releases are buggy and can be very frustrating. The pricing isn't very competitive.

Does the job at half the price

Pluspunten:

It seems to have all the features of its more expensive competitors yet it’s half the price so switching to sign easy was and easy decision

Minpunten:

It’s adoption is low so there’s still some that don’t trust

Easy and affordable

Opmerkingen: Great experience in these 2 years we have used their product. No issues so far with Signeasy.

Pluspunten:

There was no restrictions in how many envelopes we get to send. Other competitors have a limit of how many envelopes we can send. Which forces us to upgrade to higher tier services.

Minpunten:

The ability to combine multiple files to one pdf file. We have to download each individual pdf file separately instead of downloading one whole pdf file.

Affordable solution for e-signature documents!

Pluspunten:

The product is easy to use, and was 1/10th of the price of DocuS*gn, when all we needed it for was to allow customers to eSign proposals. Some of our customers struggled with opening the documents/emails at first, but it was easy to walk them through. The document creation process is very simple, drag and drop.

Minpunten:

There aren't many features for selecting one of several options, or for doing a checkmark list, etc., but this was to be expected. I believe this is why the price is so cheap, and it was worth it for us.

Best signature platform out there

Opmerkingen: This product has helped us streamline line our aggressive signing procedures.

Pluspunten:

This product has been a massive time saver, as we have documents that need to be signed daily by many signers in order to follow our process. We all love using it! So easy!

Minpunten:

Only thing that I would say is needed, would be for all new names used to be saved as inputted so you don’t have to go through downloading your contact list all the time.

Great Value for Product

I enjoy that I have unlimited signatures and the system is easy for clients to use with little assistance. I like the formatting and options for documents. When I have an issue, the support team is always prompt with their response and solution.

Minpunten:

I would like to be able to save recipients as I go instead of having to upload a contacts list.

Much cheaper than other options, but with drawbacks

Opmerkingen: We still use them because they are a cheap option, and it works well if you stick within the parameters (only small batches, do a little at a time)

Pluspunten:

- Much less expensive than other options (Adobe, DocuSign) - fit into our NPO budget- Easy to set up- No limit on documents to be signed- Easy to use (if you follow the below parameters in the Cons list)

Minpunten:

- We have experienced many issues with file batches- You cannot edit a batch of documents once you send it (can't "resend with amendments")- Will crash for signers if it has more than 10 pages- Very difficult to find signed documents in the system - you need to file them separately once they are signed- If there is an issue with a batch for some reason (if it fails, a signer accidentally denies signing, or if there is an issue with a document) you need to restart (add all the documents, manually add all the signature fields, etc.).

Just as the name says, it is easy!

The templates, integration with my contacts, and ease of use for my signers.

Minpunten:

I would love to be able to pre-enter data into a form that the client could correct if the information is incorrect. Make some fields editable by the next signer.

The lack of a option to load a date stamp, one has to manouvre around, with an alternative approach. Whilst on its competitor Adobe Sign, it has provided for that functionality.

If you need esign this is the best.

I like the pricing and sign in person feature. It give you the ability to sign like you have a paper contract but you can edit it on the fly.

Minpunten:

Downgrading features is a problem and I hope it gets better .

Super Impressed So Far

Opmerkingen: We need authorization forms signed for every tax return we file and we were going a very round about way to get these documents signed electronically for customers who couldn't make it into our office. Docusign was expensive and limited in what you could get for your money and our tax software was as well. Signeasy has been a WONDERFUL value, with excellent customer service, and virtually zero problems throughout the first few months of us using this program.

Pluspunten:

Everything has been super easy, from the purchase to sending documents. It's easy for our clients to understand as well.

Minpunten:

I wish there was a way to encrypt and have customers type in a password to sign.

Concept better than the value

Opmerkingen: The customer service side of this company quite literally sucks. Not much excitement for the product. It's pretty straightforward.

Pluspunten:

Being able to have customers sign digitally and ease of getting signed docs back.

Minpunten:

The 50% increase in cost with a weeks notice is ridiculous. There is very little cost on the side of SignEasy in relation to the service provided.

Do a favour to yourself, use signeasy to save time!

Pluspunten:

What I really love is the UX being so easy to get hands-on with. It has saved me a ton of time.

Minpunten:

No cons as such, everything is smooth and great.

Pluspunten:

Signing papers online is something that I've gotten ticked off with pretty often in the past. Signeasy is easy. It had to be set up but after that I just go to Signeasy and click a couple things then I'm done.

Minpunten:

They started charging more and for a while people were telling us they didn't get the email so we had to go back and send it a second time.

Get Documents Signed Quickly!

Pluspunten:

This product has great features for personal or business such as electronic signature, sharing documents to multi-party for signature, managing files access, keeping documents, and sending or receiving documents for quick digital signature anytime and anywhere.

Minpunten:

I don't notice any missing or useless features in this product, because it has all features I need for a digital signature on documents. But, I would love to see new great features in its upcoming versions.

I use the tool everyday for many years now. Cannot do with this app.

Opmerkingen: Saves me a lot of time

It is easy to use and you can sign on the fly wherever you are. It allows the use of documents in all formats and it integrates with email.

Minpunten:

App updates often come with issues. Following does not work satisfying: 1. When selecting a letter size and you add a date the date does not follow the letter size. 2. The app does not remember the position. You need to move your signature or initial to the right position. Especially if you have to initial many pages it is annoying. 3. The preset text cannot be changed. I only use two bit cannot remove the three others. I therefore need to scroll.

A great app for document signing

Opmerkingen: Makes my work as an insurance broker a lot easier and saves me or my clients having to print and scan or post paperwork.

Pluspunten:

I like the ability to use a range of features, like freestyle and photos as well as text and signatures. The ability to send to remote clients who now don't have to have the app themselves is a great aid to getting things done quickly and efficiently.

Minpunten:

I find that when you have to fill in small boxes, like numbers into a direct debit form, it can be fiddly - a magnifier would be a great addition.
