Opmerkingen: I love the mobile app because it allows me to stay connected and access from anywhere. This has been especially helpful when I'm out of the office and need to access important information.

Pluspunten:

I like it because with this platform, I can quickly share information, documents, and updates, and the comment and discussion feature on each post allows for fluid, real-time interaction.

Minpunten:

At first, it took me a while to get familiar with all the available options and to be able to find the most efficient way to use them.

ThoughtFarmer's platform addressed all of the issues we were having with our existing platform, and the support they provided throughout the entire project was invaluable.

Excellent Customer Service

Opmerkingen: The customer service team at ThoughtFarmer is great. Every time there is an issue, or we don't know how to solve a question, we reach out to the team. They are speedy with their replies, and usually have very straight forward direction and imagery to help solve the problem. Thank you [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] for all of your help in the first year of our Intranet!

Pluspunten:

The software is overall straight forward to use. The Thoughtfarmer community page is a great way to learn tips and tricks on various software capabilities that we didn't realize were there.

Minpunten:

Challenges with employees connecting to the intranet when off of our Network - but this also may not be a Thoughtfarmer problem! This has made it a bit challenging for our jobsite employees (who never come into the office) to get used to using the Intranet and integrating it in their daily lives. But everyone in the office has had a great experience with it.

The staff is not only knowledgeable but also extremely helpful, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for expertise and a reliable team for their intranet.

Some limited functionality with design/aesthetic but the lack is made up for by the expansive widgets and features it offers

Exceptional customer experience!

Opmerkingen: Positive. The customer service is really the star. The product could offer a few more features but TF does not fall far behind other intranets I've worked on in the page. In some places, it does excel.

Pluspunten:

Excellent customer service! The team is very responsive, friendly and helpful. [sensitive content hidden] and team have been wonderful to work with.

Minpunten:

While TF offers a great deal of widgets/cards, there are a few I've seen from other platform providers that I'd love see in TF. E.g. greater page layout customization, an accordion feature that doesn't require subpages, upvoting, more options on image position and placement etc.
