It's simplicity of use, along with the budget-friendly pricing make this software exceptional. The audit trail feature is a standout, ensuring that you have a comprehensive record of document transactions. The automated alerts and reminders sent to all signatories are a fantastic touch, ensuring that nobody slips through the cracks. Plus, once a document is fully executed, all users are automatically notified and sent their copies.

Minpunten:

I wish it had a Microsoft Word add-in feature, allowing me to sign documents directly from Word without the need to go through the website login and document upload process.

I like that it's pretty straight forward to upload a document and then add a signature. It's so great to have my clients sign contracts that way rather than printing, signing, and scanning.

There's nothing I can think of right now that I've had issues with!

Dropbox Sign is relatively easy to use but can be time-consuming

Pluspunten:

Can do many of the features that require a digital signature, such as the one often used in Adobe Acrobat.

Minpunten:

It seems slow and takes a great deal of time to get through the process of finalizing a secure document. Also, I've had a t least one experience where, because it's supposedly operating from a cloud, that things were out of sync for a day.

Dropbox Works for Me

That I can access it from anywhere, ha - no excuses not to complete any task
