Nutshell includes many features at no additional charge, saving us money because we do not need to purchase them from other companies.&#10;Customer Support is USA-based and usually prompt.&#10;We manage newsletters, drip campaigns, follow-up sales emails, as well as pipeline and CRM, all in one tool.

> Tried to cancel after three weeks of going around and around with the help desks and videos, only to learn much of what we thought would be automated was indeed manual. The time wasted with the customer service was so high that it made making this determination prohibitively time consuming. Tried to get the remaining money back and was refused.

> **Pluspunten**: Ease of use. Nutshell has been easy to use from day one. Reports are easy to run and Leads are easy to create and close/Win. It's easy to sort through many contacts and groups and the onboarding process was fantastic. My employer moved from an in-house CRM to Nutshell earlier this year. The transition team was supportive and helpful. No question was out of the question. We felt comfortable getting to know the program. The trial provided before our decision purchase was perfect, and all the items we added during the trial carried over into the live program.

> **Minpunten**: My only complaint is that sometimes features change. This seems to be announced beforehand, and feedback is requested afterward. But I do wish some changes were optional rather than mandatory.
