Nutshell includes many features at no additional charge, saving us money because we do not need to purchase them from other companies.&#10;Customer Support is USA-based and usually prompt.&#10;We manage newsletters, drip campaigns, follow-up sales emails, as well as pipeline and CRM, all in one tool.

It's easy to sort through many contacts and groups and the onboarding process was fantastic. My employer moved from an in-house CRM to Nutshell earlier this year. The transition team was supportive and helpful. No question was out of the question. We felt comfortable getting to know the program. The trial provided before our decision purchase was perfect, and all the items we added during the trial carried over into the live program.

> **Minpunten**: My only complaint is that sometimes features change. This seems to be announced beforehand, and feedback is requested afterward. But I do wish some changes were optional rather than mandatory.
