For agency work, having scheduling, the content calendar and multiple client accounts in one place saves a lot of time compared to managing each platform separately. Post scheduling is probably the feature I use the most. Preparing content in batches and seeing everything on a calendar makes weekly planning much easier. I also like the approval and team workflow, especially when a client needs to review content before it goes live. Only canceled due to switching social media management companies \& they use their own internal systems.
