Opmerkingen: Started using Zoom before Covid, and it's always been easy and seamless. We use it for internal calls, for client calls, for recurring standing meetings, and more. The AI transcripts are so helpful. We also use it occasionally for webinars. When a meeting has a Zoom link I know I can just click & join.

Pluspunten:

Meetings are seamless with Zoom - we've never had an issue with someone not being able to join, like it often happens with Teams, Meet, and other platforms. It's simple, intuitive, and platform-agnostic.

Minpunten:

There's nothing I don't like. It simply works.

Poor customer service

Pluspunten:

Video calls and phone when it works. Ease of use when it works

Minpunten:

Very poor customer service. Zoom phone line not reliable and not stable. Technical support unable to fix it. Don't use zoom phone ever. They could not organise beer for a BBC. This has been going on for weeks now and they can't fix it.

Pluspunten:

I like how easily it facilitates virtual productive meetings, engagement, sharing, communication and collaboration. It's among the best-in-class. Super easy-to-use, good for remote connectivity as well.

Minpunten:

The only drag that happens with it as per my experience is when internet connections are weak as this hinders engagement and slows productivity. My only dislike.
