Pluspunten:
It is so intuitive. Every outlying scenario I could think of was already thought of. Our last system was a dinosaur compared to the capabilities of Peek Pro.
Minpunten:
Haven't spent enough time with it to find any yet.
Simple Bicycle rental platform
Opmerkingen: Peek Pro basically set it up behind sense. Not much for me to till the onboarding and learning part. Everything was expanded and understandable. Our onboarding person kept on us during the two week process to double check and triple check that we were comfortable this it all.
Pluspunten:
Simplicity, designed with our exact needs.
Minpunten:
There is not much to not like. Maybe not have a direct account manager, but it hasn't been a big issue.
NO Customer Service/ Always down!
Opmerkingen: Dissapointed and it will take alot to get us to remain a customer. I just hope others get to read this. But i doubt it because they redirect all negative reviews to make themselves look good.

Peek pro used to be amazing. Those days are gone. Customer service is non existent.
Minpunten:
Customer service is absolutely unacceptable. And the lack.of reports and layout of calendar is so far behind other tecnology.

Pluspunten:
It was incredibly easy to use program with an awesome onboarding team. we where up and running in 2 weeks!! This software saves takes the headache out of scheduling. From a built in texting, emailing, and payment processing.
Minpunten:
As with any software that is mostly pre packaged the amount of customization can feel limiting, but in the end was way more robust than I first expected.

Run run run they are car salesmen
Opmerkingen: I wish I could give them a zero. I used FareHarbor and was completely happy. Peek/PeekPro sold me because they said they had a partnership with Viator and I would no longer pay any commissions on those bookings. LIE They also said they tracked cart abandonment and I would have access to the data. LIE They said they had the fastest payment processing. Hilarious LIE. FareHarbor take about 3-4 days. PeekPro took 8-9 minimum. They said all of their vendors automatically get listed on Musement. LIE They said that the customers would not be redirected to another website but instead get a pop up for booking. LIE They way they control bookings is by start time to end time so it makes it impossible to only close off certain bookings times without closing off others if there is any kind of overlap on times. The app is complete trash. You have an option on there called activities that is completely useless. Nothing syncs to it. You can not create bookings from the app. You can not cancel bookings from the app. All you can do is check in and mark as returned. It’s utterly ridiculous an useless. Do not get sold on the lies, PEEKPRO is trash. They charge $299 when FareHarbor does not charge anything. PeekPro has to sell you on lies because they are a subpar product.

I used FareHarbor for years and was sold a bunch of lies. There was not a single redeeming feature on PeekPro.
Minpunten:
Inability to quickly change booking times and the inability to create any bookings on the app. The app is a joke.

Jury Is Still Out
Opmerkingen: My overall experience is that this product is not very user-friendly and extremely time consuming and laborious to use.
Pluspunten:
I like that you can have variations to your product
Minpunten:
It is very cumbersome to use and the portal is confusing at best.

Ease of product setup. Overall functionality of the software.
Minpunten:
Multiple excursions booked across multiple days with only show up on the calendar on the very first day of the booking. It would not show up for the rest of the days which often led to overbooking.

Recently (July 15t, 2024) Peek has updated their Payment system and all users had to register for the new program. I have been trying to register on that for almost 2 weeks and because of a bug, I am not being able to complete this procedure. Due to that, my account is basically blocked and we are not being able to receive reservations neither we are being able to transfer our funds to our bank account. We understand changes are necessary but if you are encoutering an issue on your side, you do not harm your clients because of that. So far, I spoke to several employees from the Customer service, only through chat and email and no one is finding a solution to that. Ridiculous...

A great system for my clients.
Opmerkingen: I had a positive experience communicating with and setting up Peek Pro for my clients. They were all very helpful and made it as simple and easy process for a great price.
Pluspunten:
Peek Pro made it easy to setup a booking system for my client that worked with the features we needed (automated bookings, management of bookings, payment processing, etc).
Minpunten:
My biggest gripe with peek Pro is something most inconsequential, but I wish the actual interface looked better. It works great, but it isn't the most beautiful looking booking system I have seen.
Expected more for the price.
Opmerkingen: Once we had the system running the support become a bit vague. The feature we asked for (managing battery life of our bikes), and been promised, never really worked.At some point their system crashed, causing us a real havoc and we decided to change our booking system.

Easy to implement. Clear, transparent payments managing.
Minpunten:
Complicated online waivers. Customers struggled to understand the system.

Opmerkingen: There was a slight learning curve coming from FareHarbor but it's really easy to catch on.I like the customer flows so much more thank FareHarbor.

Google calendar integration could be easier.Waivers need some work comaired to smart waiver.I would really like to see the POS system offered on android devices.
