Good for expense tracking

Beats Expensify

Opmerkingen: Everything's so good, that I became wary that it must be too good to be true. I mean, this literally beats Expensify in price and features -- everything. I'm very appreciative of the free trial because I was even able to sample how good Zoho's customer support is. I can now confirm it is NOT too good to be true; it's the real deal. We'll be using this for our startup company which has a 100+ headcount.

Pluspunten:

I love how granular you can get with Zoho Expense, you can create custom rules so employees don't go over a stipend policy. Freaking love the price. I've demo'd with a bunch of other vendors, dude. You cannot beat the price of Zoho Expense.

Minpunten:

I only wish managers could see their direct report's spend in the Analytics module.

Redenen om voor Zoho Expense te kiezen: Expensify is really expensive unless you use their corporate cards. Even then, they don't have an Analytics module at all.

Terrible. There are no pros. Even the review sucks and I have to hit a minimum character limit.

Credit card sync issue wont go away. I hate this crappy product.

Pretty Cool Expense Management Platform

Opmerkingen: Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using Zoho Expense. It has made managing expenses much easier and more organized. The only downside is occasional issues with the mobile app.

I have been using Zoho Expense for several months now, and I am extremely impressed with how user-friendly and efficient it is. The ability to easily track and report expenses has saved me a lot of time and hassle.

Minpunten:

One downside I have experienced with Zoho Expense is that the mobile app can be a bit buggy and laggy at times.

Manage all your organization from single Dashboard with Realtime tracking

Opmerkingen: Zoho expense helps us to improve the overall efficiency of the expense approval system. This helps us to reduce expense approval time and we can easily track the type of expense done by a particular department of the organization to get useful insights.

Pluspunten:

We used to have to manually track and manage all of our expenses, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. With Zoho Expense, we can now manage all of our expenses from a single dashboard and ensure timely reimbursement.

Minpunten:

It's so easy to use and also it ensures reimbursements on time. The only issue I had initially faced was that we have to arrange a small training for new users to make them understand how it works, but it wasn't a big deal as the convenience of tracking their expenses helps them to track why and where the expenses are getting delayed.
