Pluspunten:

Very user-friendly, great support. All documents are customizable and can contain your won branding. Strong CRM management and good reporting.

Minpunten:

reconciling payments with a third party can be challenging.

Quick Turnaround on securing business with signed BT Contracts

Opmerkingen: I specifically handle the Corporate Business and Leisure Markets, and I needed to have the ability to merge the document with my client/contact and IVvy made it happen. I am new to the system, and to the company, and had been waiting for a sales coordinator to train and assist. Today, I am able to create the document, make edits per account, send an email notifying the client that the BT Contract needs a signature (E-signature) and I'm notified via email that it has been signed! I just co-sign our BT Contract, and boom - it's completed and then I can mark the piece of business DEFINITE! Just like MAGIC! Thank you most of all to [sensitive content hidden] who walked me through the process and trained me - in the same day, I received my first signed agreement, and today, another! Their team is responsive, professional and most of all effective and friendly! Thank you, [sensitive content hidden] of IVvy, from the bottom of my heart in providing the training and setting me up for SUCCE$$!

Pluspunten:

The ability to upload a document (BT Contract Template) and send out for E-signatures for both parties (client and myself) to seal the deal! This was possible thanks to the one-on-one training provided by [sensitive content hidden], on the IVvy Team!

Minpunten:

Only that it was another portal to learn, after working with Delphi/Salesforce for years, but in actuality - this is the first time an independent hotel was able to connect directly with the PMS (Opera) in our case at LJBTC and La Jolla Shores Hotel. Once you learn the system, it is user friendly - just do it - JUMP!

Quotation and Invoicing, you can do a quick quote and send to your client.

Minpunten:

Loading information and rates in the beginning are very time consuming.

Opmerkingen: Overall iVvy is a great product. Our team likes using the program, and find it easy to use.

Pluspunten:

The cost compared to other products. That it is compatible with our operating systems. Customer service is outstanding. We came in early with the US launch of the product and they have worked tirelessly to make sure the product works as we need it to.

Minpunten:

Reporting features are not up to my standards. The contact module is clunky. We were unable to upload our history from our previous provider.

Opmerkingen: I'm still learning the program, we are arranging for a training course which will be very helpful. Trying to contact support between 12PM - 5PM Mon - Fri is very difficult which is in between work hours, otherwise anytime after 6 PM there is no issues calling support other than it's in my own time. Also, I've left multiple messages for someone from support to call me back and I don't receive any call back.

Pluspunten:

The quick response in resolving my issue.

Minpunten:

The length of time it takes trying to contact support or having someone from support contact me back.

Opmerkingen: Ivvy has been reliable system since we started using it. It has made all departments work more efficiently and given us the tools to easily find the right data to drive our business further.

Pluspunten:

As a sales tool, the system creates proposals and easy to use templates that makes responding to a high number of enquiries speedy. Reporting is also clear and quick to use.

Minpunten:

It doesn't currently include a forecasting tool for sales that could calculate speculative.

Pluspunten:

It's very user-friendly and easier to learn than other systems. The flow just works better than other systems.

Minpunten:

Integration but hopefully IVvy will integrate with Marriott's new system. Possibly integration with Lightspeed would be great!

Opmerkingen: Overall our experience has been good. We have had challenges with our Ops team and have tried to work with the system as best we can

Tasks BEO's Reports CRM Diary Contracts and uploading other items

Minpunten:

Inflexibility - we have asked for several things to be added/changed but these requests haven't been possible

Opmerkingen: Overall, the experience is good so far and we've been using the system for 4 years already.

Pluspunten:

It is a very user friendly system. New employees can easily learn the system.

Minpunten:

Inputting the menus every time we will update, you have to do that on your own cause it will cost extra if you ask them to do it, same thing with the updates on contract and BEO template, everything has extra cost.

Great support team with quick responses. Easy to use system. Pre generated documents making the sales process easy.

Minpunten:

Can't do a recurring block out in the calendar. Time specific split within a space. ie during the christmas time (12-5pm) and (6-11pm). Not being able to hide the "Uncategorised" bar at the top of the spaces.

Time splits can be achieved by adding multiple sessions to the block, make sure the booking is a detailed booking and multiple sessions can be added to the same space or to multiple spaces. Great tool for boutique groups!

Pluspunten:

iVvy's support teams are what make it special. Always thankful I have several people I can reach out to with issues and they get back to me within hours if not minutes. The training videos and knowledge center also provide most of what's needed to learn at your own pace.

Minpunten:

I wish bookings lived WITHIN Accounts. This setup puts bookings first, but to me it just makes way more sense to start with an Account, and then add bookings to it.

iVvy is an incredible event software system, and the team are amazing, can't recommend enough!

Opmerkingen: I was recommended iVvy over 6 years ago, and it has never dissapointed me. It's an incredible event software system which will improve your event sales, planning, reporting and more. I loved iVvy so much that I have convinced my new workplace to change systems, it has so many features that will help you and your team improve processes and your client's journey.
The support team are very responsive and helpful, nothing is an issue for them.

Pluspunten:

- The way the system looks & functions - CRM system - Reporting, it's much better than other event software, can't recommend it enough - Templates & Electronic contracts & BEOs - The IVVY team, they're all amazing

Minpunten:

I don't have a single negative comment to say about iVvy, I have loved it since I started using it at my old job 6 years ago.

Opmerkingen: IVvy is user friendly- easy to navigate program! When customer service is needed- They are always great to work with and very resourceful!

Pluspunten:

Very easy to navigate. I love that I can email invoices and allow payments within one program! IVvy truly is an "All in One" package deal even allowing customers to search and book their event (if you choose to have your venue searchable on the market).

Minpunten:

There are a few features I wish were more accessible when it comes to set up. It seems that once I input options for drop menu with the food, I cannot remove the options. If I need to book a room that has already been booked, it would be nice if IVvy offered a notification box the room is already booked and allowed me the option to move an event to a different room from the notification itself. Instead, I have to access the other booking seperately to move the room then I can proceed with my other booking.

Minpunten:

Updating necessary taxes and fees and menus can be a bit of a challenge. We also see some issues with our Reservation system and Ivvy showing the same totals for room block pickup/actualization.

Opmerkingen: Absolutely loving using iVvy and I have no complaints currently. Training was easy and thorough and I would highly recommend this user friendly sales system! Everything can be accessed at the click of a button.

I love that iVvy makes everything so simple! I'm able to get contracts and documents over to the client in a matter of minutes making the process both efficient and effortless.

Pluspunten:

- It's very user-friendly & easy to follow. - It's not cluttered & confusing to read which helps when you're really busy with event bookings. - Very easy to add in Food & Beverage items, menu packages etc.

Minpunten:

Searching for dates in the diary can be tricky sometimes. Would love more of a monthly view.

Opmerkingen: Support is always great when you contact them regarding a problem and an overall solid software to use.

Pluspunten:

You can complete bookings, send invoices and create event orders all in the one place.

Minpunten:

Some key items are missing- such as being able to put in a winter discount I followed up and they didn't have that feature and being able to pay for an event in installments is not set up yet.

iVvy - A good and sustainable digital solution

Opmerkingen: iVvy helps us during our operation - all from quotes and bookings in the conference department to use virtual run sheet on an IPAD for our waiters and kitchen staff.

Pluspunten:

It is fast, minimal downtime, virtual run sheet and you can open multiple tabs

Minpunten:

The limited integration on postings to our PMS system and problems with translations in documents to Danish.
