> We used Excel and it was inefficient and difficult to add photos.  Safety Reports simplified the reporting by allowing us to use one report for everyone.  The ability to take it to the field and add photos is a big plus.

It has worked well for us for minimal start up and monthly fees compared to other options.   Some features are a bit tricky to use initially, but Safety Reports support staff has been very good and timely in responding to and resolving any support needs.   I would recommend to anyone.

> **Minpunten**: Some work flows aren't as simple as I would like, such as the OSHA 300 reporting feature, but it works well once you figure it out. I was able to get support help and found instructions on their site.
