"IBM Clinical Development"

Opmerkingen: This EDC is very user-friendly and allows for easy view of which pages are pending/reviewed/monitored. Logline options for Adverse Events, Concomitant Medications and Drug dosing allow for simple corrections and quick review of any changes required.

"IBM Clinical Development Software Performs"

Opmerkingen: I have used IBM Clinical Development for 6+years. It has very good functionality, offers lots of flexibility and is easy for the sites and CRAs. The system offers a modular approach, so you can select (and pay for) only the modules you want. On the downside, some of the modules are must haves and you have to pay for them when other systems include them in the base fee. The system really requires a programmer to set-up the studies and to be able to utilize all the functionality, and the customer support can be extremely slow. The reporting functionality is poor unless you purchase the reporting module, which is expensive. However, the programmers can program reports using the exports, so there is a way around reporting, these reports would just not be in the system for the users. The fees associated with the use of the software are high.
