> **Pluspunten**: The system is really user friendly.  The experience for applicants is very straight forward.  We have noticed an increase in applicants and a reduced the number of system enquiries.  Additionally, the support staff were patient and accommodating.   I found them trustworthy and genuine which helped us make the move from our old system.

> **Minpunten**: There aren't really any "cons".  If we were picky, the only things we notice are that the panel shortlisting scores are visible prior to completion which could impact independence and when making a comment it is not clear who made the comments.  Small things.
