Pluspunten:
As an accounting firm that processes payroll for many clients, it's nice to have a payroll software that is easy to use. Our clients love the online portal and we love that employees can update their own personal information. Wagepoint support is great, and helps us with the set-ups that are less straight forward. Thanks to Wagepoint year ends are a breeze.
Minpunten:
Reporting, I wish list would be that when I find a report that I like that there would be a way to bookmark the report. Also better reporting that shows the remittances made to Quebec and Federal. Right now this all in on report. Also an approval process, so that once I have submitted payroll, that there was a final approval process by the client.

fast easy and very simple. help is always there and quickly get back to you. been using it for years now with my food truck business and i wouldnt switch to anyone else.

Opmerkingen: I find wagepoint very user friendly and the staff are great to work with whenever I have needed some assistance.

Very prompt with customer service. Always willing to help, and the humor you add just makes it that much better.

Journal entries, they are not always entered under the proper GL, maybe something I am doing wrong too, not sure.

Opmerkingen: Amazing. It's one of the best parts of running my business. Makes payroll and anything associated with it a breeze. I've looked at other software programs, but none have as clean and simple user-interface as this.
Pluspunten:
User friendly interface, amazing customer support, super easy tax season prep... the list goes on. I have no formal training in HR, Payroll, or anything like that and with Wagepoint, I don't really need to as any time I have a question about payroll, they are extremely helpful and friendly. PLEASE keep up the great work!
Minpunten:
Minor things, almost not worth mentioning. Would be nice if WSIB rate was customizable for auto-deductions/remittance to WSIB, if I use this feature we often overpay and then have to stop paying for a while. Being able to get payroll reports based on a single employee instead of the employee group would be great as well.
