The team at ServiceBox work hard, and are diligent at following up with a call, email or text within a very short amount of time, if not immediately. It is obvious that they work well together, as they each have their own assets they bring to the table. Right now you just put appointments in on the schedule its all mashed together on the day, luckily we also have a paper schedule where we right down which tech and truck is on which run. Our old system did this however it was very old and we needed to update, we have used ServiceBox for a few years now and have gotten used to not being able to schedule on specific runs. Nobody likes change but we are ok with it. But dont let this sway you against ServiceBox, we knew this going into it and it didnt stop us.
