Great Experience with eZee Absolute

Pluspunten:

I familiar with eZee Absolute from my last organization. I liked most of this PMS features, such as - Revenue Management System, OTA Management, Booking engine, Reporting system, Sales & Reservation module. Being a sales man I always prefer easy and smooth operating system, which is totally providing by eZee Absolute. specially I would like to share one thing about eZee Absolute supporting team - they are very much smart and supportive. If I found any kind of difficulties, I can find out myself through YouTube tutorial. On YouTube lots of tutorial available. eZee Absolute PMS is fully internet based PMS, that's way i can always use this PMS from my laptop or mobile from Outside of property.

Minpunten:

eZee Absolute is little bit slow due to fully internet based PMS. Sometime i found myself waiting for Hi Speed connection for access eZee Absolute. They should think about alternative way like desktop based.

Best hospitality solution in india which I have used.

Opmerkingen: Overall it is the best. Once you learn and had command on the process and modules it serves you at upmost.

Pluspunten:

Detailing to the concept of hospitality. Hospitality is a complex industry and ezee has been so far the best to reach next to the complete solution.

Minpunten:

It's very long process to learn as to many things in a place.

However, I did find that accessing the support team was not as easy as it should be. It took longer than expected to reach them, which caused some delays in resolving our issue. Improving the accessibility of the support team would greatly enhance the overall experience. Despite this, once I was connected, the service provided was top-notch. I appreciate the efforts of [sensitive content hidden] and the team, and I hope that the company can work on making their support more readily accessible (by providng personal contact numbers)in the future

A Very Well-Rounded Hotel Management Tool

Opmerkingen: It's an essential tool to our organization, without which, it would be much more difficult and time consuming to run our hotel.

Pluspunten:

I have been using eZee Absolute for my hotel reservations management for over a year, and it has significantly improved our operations vs what we had before. The software is user-friendly, making it easy for our staff to learn and use and manage all of the bookings. There are useful dashboards to help you monitor the hotel status. The mobile application allows for basic user operations such as check in and checkout. This saves a lot of time in checking in and out.

Minpunten:

Many times, when drilling down to specific data parameters, the data is inaccurate and incomplete, often not accounting for several transactions (and I am not sure why or how to address). The mobile application is also far too limited for my use. I really would like to see more functionality from the mobile app.
