Accomplished what others couldn't
Pluspunten:
We were in search of an application to replace our outdated paper sign in/out form and after much research we came upon SwipedOn. This offered us just about everything we were looking for and over time with their updates has become our primary app for employees and visitor tracking. There are VERY responsive to inquires and have been a great partner for close to a year. For us this has been a added value to the company and highly recommend it to others.
Minpunten:
Ultimately we would like to see some more flexibility with the desktop login to allow employees to notate future out of office like vacation, etc.

Intuitive
Pluspunten:
Very intuitive. Easy to customise and personalise the welcome screen. Adding and managing users is a breeze. And contactless sign in and out has been most useful during the current COVID pandemic.
Minpunten:
Nothing. So far this is the best sign in software I have ever used.
Almost Excellent
Opmerkingen: We love this app, for it's potential. As they grow, their features are getting better and more reliable and we look forward to having it perfected soon! Overall, a great system that does everything we need for security, while also looking great as well! Highly recommend.
Pluspunten:
it's attractive, and easy to use and has the functionality we require.
Minpunten:
There are a lot of bugs to work out, but I can see the effort and we are happy overall.

Really Good Software
Opmerkingen: Really good. Really easy and intuitive to use, and laid out attractively.
Pluspunten:
A very well laid out, and professional looking user interface. Lots of optional functionality that can be used if wanted, but does not add any complication to the basic functionality, if a user only wants to use that. Useful free training provided, which gives new users a good understanding of additional functions that can be used if wanted.
Minpunten:
No problems with it, yet. Ask me again in a couple of years time.

Swiped Onto a better system
Opmerkingen: We are now able to track office staff and visitors safely on and off site and have the ability to contact visitors via the data capture information. the system has also improved our evacuation process.
Pluspunten:
Super easy to configure and setup - many features found in more expensive products are included
Minpunten:
Would be good to have different sign in paths for contractors for example - i am told however that this in included in the road map.
