"Streamline workflows and"

Pluspunten: WebMerge is an extremely valuable tool our business has been using for almost 2 years now. Prior to utilizing WebMerge we had numerous individuals manually creating invoices as both Excel and PDF documents. Once the documents were created the individuals had to manually place them in folders in DropBox, on a server and/or e-mail them to clients. The process was tedious and time consuming to say the least. With WebMerge these processes are now completely automated! This has increased efficiency, cut costs, and allowed individuals to focus on more important parts of the business. The time and money that it has saved us is tremendous. Additionally, the customer support has truly been amazing. In the rare instance we encountered a technical issue/had a question/requested custom service the typical response time to a support ticket was less than 2 hours (around an 45 minutes to 1 hour in most cases). After the initial reply the support team typically responded to follow-ups within a few minutes. They worked with us and had a solution/answer for everything. The customer service is truly is professional and top-notch. Overall, WebMerge is an amazing tool that has automated many aspects of our business and we keep finding more ways to integrate it into our growing business needs and expanding brands. I looked at other programs before eventually deciding to go with WebMerge and while there are similar platforms, none of them quite matched what WebMerge can do and continues to do in order to help our business succeed.

Minpunten: I personally don't have any negative remarks about WebMerge at this time. However, I can say that when I have recommended it to others that the price is usually the one thing that they look at as too expensive. Depending on your business needs I guess I can see that, but the reality is that you are going to be saving way more in labor costs while increasing efficiency and decreasing errors caused by human entry. With that said, the one thing I would note here from my conversations when recommending this to others is that they wish there were more tiered pricing options. Some stated they wanted to use it but wished there were more tiers so that they wouldn't have to jump up to a higher priced tier and pay for more document merges then they would be using every month.

"Great User Interface"

Pluspunten: Formstack Sign as been a great addition to our business. Our sales force leverages multiple different platforms and back ends all that require different contracts and agreements for their customers. Using Formstacks easy to use process takes the guess work out for the sales force through providing a universal interface every time.

Minpunten: You can't send out partially filled out applications without it all being editable. Our sales people want to fill out the customer pricing, but have the customer fill out the rest. This system doesn't allow for that.

"WebMerge helps merging data with colleagues"

Pluspunten: WebMerge provides various templates and helps building the custom templates which can be merged with any kind of data. These documents can then be send to various contacts with our colleagues.
It helps integrating with various 3rd party applications.

Minpunten: The user interface needs the improvement to make the application user friend. The functionality seems fine as it helps merging the information well.

"WebMerge makes us look professional!"

Opmerkingen: We used to have a part-time contractor who manually created all of our contracts, but then she left to take a full-time job, and we were in a bind. We could either try to find another contractor to do this task, or we could try to automate it. I went searching for a way to automate our contracts, and boom discovered WebMerge. I was amazed from day one, and in the span of less than 10 days, we converted our manual contract into a completely automated process with our Clients filling out a Google Form, which pushes the data to a Google Sheet, which Zapier then shoots to WebMerge to populate the contract, which then shoots it to DocuSign for signatures, which finally shoots it into our Google Drive. The transformation of our contract process was amazing! So we immediately started pushing all of our unique document needs into WebMerge. We now have about 50 different documents that get created via WebMerge.

Pluspunten: We're a small business (3 full-time employees, 2 part-time employees and 6 contractors), and we do about 150 events per year. That's 150 contracts, 150 Strategy Meeting Prep Sheets, 150 Final Details documents, 150 Night of Event documents, 150 post-event debrief documents. Using WebMerge, we're able to automate the creation of these documents, and it makes us look super professional and super organized.

Minpunten: We don't have any cons about this software. It's easy to use, works every time and is a reliable part of our business aparatus.

"Great Product"

Opmerkingen: Always works and its fast - found help when I needed it and work a-rounds for getting the final product.

Pluspunten: Easy to use - Looks great in finial output- Very fast - we get our submission back almost immediately and consistently over all the years of use.

Minpunten: I wish it didn't have to go through Zapier 1st from Gocanvas. I wish it went directly - from Gocavas to Webmerge/ FormStacks
