In addition to folders you can create collections of images that are stored in separate folders. Very convenient to share images externally. A lot of it works by copying rights to other folders or users, but that makes it more difficult after a while to know which rights should be copied. It's also not always straightforward to understand who can see what. But there is a 'Login as' function so you can mimic another user to help with that. Finding images with a specific tag is difficult as there is no tag cloud to click tags.
