Software voor het opnemen van zakelijke gesprekken. Eenvoudig opnemen van gesprekken op je mobiele app, desktop-app of bureautelefoon. Kies voor automatische of handmatige opnames. Maakt het eenvoudig om je inkomende en uitgaande gesprekken op te nemen. Met slechts een paar klikken kunnen beheerders deze functie inschakelen voor een of meerdere gebruikers. Program very easy to use at a very accessible price, I love it.

Opmerkingen: RingCentral has integrated numerous modes of communication into a single app, each of which may be seen individually or together on a dashboard. The dashboard, in general, has been of great use to us in the conduct of our day-to-day business. Because of this added bonus, we have been able to get rid of all of our desk phones, which has freed up additional space on our workstations.

Pluspunten:

RingCentral MVP combines all of the fundamental requirements for effective communication into a single program that runs on your own computer. Within a single interface, I am able to monitor and respond to incoming phone calls, text messages, faxes, and instantaneous messages from other users.

Minpunten:

The first transition from using a traditional desk phone to a desktop app is one of the drawbacks of RingCentral MVP. No matter where you take your laptop, you can now take your calls with you. Although getting acclimated to it takes a little bit of time, the experience has been positive in general.

Great platform for VOIP

Opmerkingen: Overall we have enjoyed using this new platform and it meets our company compliance needs for phone calls in the insurance industry.

Pluspunten:

Auto call recording, the phone app for desktop and mobile as well as being able to see in real time call status of colleagues is a key to this program. The message feature is a must as well.

Minpunten:

Would like better instruction/direction on the MPV integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Needs Improvement

Opmerkingen: Overall, ring central is very effective. I am able to see my calls and text in one app.

Pluspunten:

I like that I am able to see who is calling members of my team on my desk top. I can see if the answer a call or not.

Minpunten:

I don't like the fact that when a call is transferred from another party, the call does not record.

Fabulous utility and ease of use. Intuitive features and functions are in place that allows you to easily get done what you need to.

Minpunten:

The non wireless connection or 5g network connection needs improvement. That function is a little rough and could be fleshed out simply
