Program very easy to use at a very accessible price, I love it.

Opmerkingen: RingCentral has integrated numerous modes of communication into a single app, each of which may be seen individually or together on a dashboard. The dashboard, in general, has been of great use to us in the conduct of our day-to-day business. Because of this added bonus, we have been able to get rid of all of our desk phones, which has freed up additional space on our workstations.

Pluspunten:

RingCentral MVP combines all of the fundamental requirements for effective communication into a single program that runs on your own computer. Within a single interface, I am able to monitor and respond to incoming phone calls, text messages, faxes, and instantaneous messages from other users.

Minpunten:

The first transition from using a traditional desk phone to a desktop app is one of the drawbacks of RingCentral MVP. No matter where you take your laptop, you can now take your calls with you. Although getting acclimated to it takes a little bit of time, the experience has been positive in general.

Ring Central makes getting your calls across the business system easy and seemless

Opmerkingen: Overall a positive experience. It is an easy interface, makes getting calls anywhere easy, even abroad because the app allows me to receive calls if I am on wifi, and fills all our calling and texting needs.

Pluspunten:

I like that I can get the office calls on my cell if I (or any of us) are out of the office, and can even transfer back a call to someone who is in the office. I like that the system includes texting because many of our clients prefer text to email so we can still use the business line for text communication with these clients.

Minpunten:

There used to be some glitches with the app, it would restart or sometimes the app signal was not so strong but that seems to have gotten much better

Can find better value elsewhere

Opmerkingen: poor, Always had the issue of tying to get through to customer service and it was not a convenient experience. 1/2 hour to 1 hour hold time is not good for service.

Pluspunten:

Nothing that is outstanding, used a fax line for small business and it worked well, issue was the price increases. Year over Year they wanted me to pay $275 or so from 120 bucks. I did not think that was fair. Gave them an opportunity to lower price and they refused, hence the change to another company

Minpunten:

getting through the customer service line for simple inquiries was impossible.

Fantastic Voice Over IP phone system

Pluspunten:

Great product works like a charm, I use this product daily along with almost all of my customers. The overall easy use of this product makes it 5 stars. I have a few clients who have the most basic computer skills that mastered and love this product.

Minpunten:

I wish there were a few more features available when it comes to voicemail such as sharing a saved voicemail with another user outside of ones company.

A pretty good office phone system not cost effective at all!

Opmerkingen: See above. The only problem is cost and customer service.

Pluspunten:

The main things this system does well; call routing, mobile access, voicemail, call transfers.

Minpunten:

This software takes a very long time to set up and get rolled out to the team. This is not cheap and only gets more expensive over time. Their customer service is terrible. I have to search to find out anything on my own. I have tired to schedule numerous meetings with my account manager and usually don't get a reply. The last time we actually got one scheduled he flaked and never called into the meeting. I had my whole team there waiting.
