Ring Central is a solid small business phone service
Opmerkingen: Overall we really liked Ring Central. The only reason we switched away was because a friend started their own VOIP phone service and we got to support them and use it for cheap. I really like Ring Central and have recommended it to several friends over the years.
We used Ring Central for about a year and it was always pretty good. I really liked the mobile app because it allowed us to work remotely and not have to pay for phone service at our employees homes.
The phone service only ever had a problem when the internet went down on our office or in my neighborhood. Ring Central was great, the internet was not reliable enough.
Program very easy to use at a very accessible price, I love it.

The dashboard, in general, has been of great use to us in the conduct of our day-to-day business. Because of this added bonus, we have been able to get rid of all of our desk phones, which has freed up additional space on our workstations.
RingCentral MVP combines all of the fundamental requirements for effective communication into a single program that runs on your own computer. Within a single interface, I am able to monitor and respond to incoming phone calls, text messages, faxes, and instantaneous messages from other users.
The first transition from using a traditional desk phone to a desktop app is one of the drawbacks of RingCentral MVP. No matter where you take your laptop, you can now take your calls with you. Although getting acclimated to it takes a little bit of time, the experience has been positive in general.

The best feature on RingCentral is the text message-like feature. Loan Officers can send automated text messages to clients informating them about their loan. The messages would inform the clients when their loan reached a milestone.
RingCentral only gives 2 options; clients can leave a voicemail or stay on hold. This is not the most efficient, especially when clients want quick prompt service.

I like that there's a portal and an app. Certain functionalities are easy to use. Fairly cost effective.
There are issues with VoIP sometimes. Ultimately my least favorite thing about RingCentral is changing/updating voicemails, messaging, prompting to for each different line because there are multiple places you have to go to make changes. It's not straightforward to click on the line and make the changes. You have to go to multiple pages and screens to address each line.
