Often patience will be resistant to using it however once someone shows them how or they have done it before they see how it's simple and easy to use it is

Opmerkingen: Very smooth, positive, professional. They weren't on my radar initially, but very glad we chose them.

Simple and smooth implementation. They request your consents, logos, and handle the rest. It was a very minimally demanding implementation compared to others I've experienced.
Minpunten:
Nuances related to multi-site implementations required us to get more detailed testing. We missed a few critical customizations (reminder templates, logos) required by locations at go-live that we needed to fix later.

They do not have an estimator tool. Because of this I have to use 2 different vendors on the front end.

There were some things lacking in regards to the payment interface that made it a little inconvenient for our practice and the tablets are a little archaic
