Opmerkingen: Truly a lifesaver. I feel like I am not a business person, but simple practice simplifies so many aspects of this.

Pluspunten:

I love all of the things that the developers decided to incorporate in this platform. You can upload your business documents, any documents relevant to your client records and so much more. I have created questionnaires that are specific to my practice so that I can gather data upfront and this prevents me from missing out on money. I love the integration for scheduling appointments, telehealth and billing and invoicing. If you want to streamline your practice, this is for you.

Minpunten:

Clients cannot pay partial balances in their client portal yet, those payments have to be taken in the office.

Amazing Practice Management with SimplePractice

Opmerkingen: Overall, I am very satisfied with SimplePractice. It has been a great tool for managing my practice and staying organized.

Pluspunten:

SimplePractice has been a great tool for my practice management needs. It is easy to use and the customer service team is extremely helpful. The features it offers are great, and I am able to keep everything organized in one place.

Minpunten:

The only downside I have found is the cost. It can be quite expensive for the amount of features you get.

Becareful on what you put in a free software trial period

Opmerkingen: I had a horrible experience with Simple Practice and I am writing this review to try to prevent you from going through the mess I did. I spent hours and hours learning the program, watching videos and building electronic enrollment forms, and placing current active patients records. Then after the 14 day trial I went to pay for the subscription and I was locked out. Support said they could not let me back in because our account was terminated. This is a copy and paste of exactly what Simple Practice said when I asked why our account was terminated:Pursuant to the SimplePractice LLC’s Terms of Service (“TOS”), SimplePractice can terminate your Account if we determine in our discretion that such action is advisable to protect the rights and interests of SimplePractice. We made this determination and your accounts were terminated effective as of 1/30/2023. No further details can be provided at this time. We appreciate your compliance. Please note that this is our final correspondence regarding this matter and any future communication will not be monitored.___Talk about a waste of time and learning the system. Please avoid Simple Practice. I wish I could give you a reason why my account was terminated but apparently, they don't need one.

It did scheduling and Billing good - and That is what we needed.

Minpunten:

Customer server was the worst ever seen. You will be able to actually talk to a live person after 15 minutes of confusing help information. Once you actually got to a support person the help staff are 25 years old or less. They seem to be all in training or they act like it is their first day on the job.

Hi William - I was able to find your Help Request where the closure of your account was discussed. I can see that that reason your account was closed was due to the sharing of login information and the incorrect person being given the Account Owner team member status. User Friendly Software for Private Practice

Pluspunten:

I find simple practice to be incredibly user friendly and intuitive. It was easy to figure out and teach to clients, and does a majority of the tasks I need for my business. Client portal is easy from what my clients say, and even includes a chat feature through which they can chat me.

Minpunten:

There are some features I wish the middle tier offered that you have to pay much more for, for instance calendar syncing is a pretty standard feature that isn't available unless you purchase the top tier. I also wish I could be a supervisor on other users accounts without having to use a separate email address.

Nice tool for mental health and managing medical appointments and billing.

Opmerkingen: overall i find simple practice to be a really good choice for mental health alongwith managing medical appointments, scheduling and billing.

Pluspunten:

The patient portal is very good and is very helpful. The medical billing is also very smooth. the electronic medical records are well kept and managed. the appointment scheduling can also be done with very ease and is very helpful.

Minpunten:

I feel the claims need to be even better managed. the charting and the remittance advice also needs to improved. the practice management is good but also can be even more improved.
