Acuity Scheduling is an economical choice for scheduling and collecting payment
Opmerkingen: Acuity Scheduling was an excellent great start and affordable option for online scheduling, billing collections, and basic SOAP notes. It was user-friendly and easy to setup. It also allowed for multiple users that could be set up as administrators or clinicians. I ultimately had to leave the platform for a more advanced EMR system; however, I definitely recommend them as a great place to start or if your needs are more simple.
Pluspunten:
Acuity Scheduling is very user-friendly and easy to setup. I liked being able to customize my account to my brand colors and logo. The online scheduling and billing features are easy for both clinician and client.
Minpunten:
The SOAP note features are not as robust. This is to be expected since they are not technically an EMR. For basic SOAP notes, they do the job. For more advanced SOAP notes, these can be created within the platform and are not difficult to do.

Redenen om voor Acuity Scheduling te kiezen: Acuity Scheduling was simpler and more affordable. It also allowed me to have multiple disciplines like physical therapy, personal training, and massage therapy.
Overgestapt van: WebPT en ClinicSense
Redenen om over te stappen op Acuity Scheduling: Affordability and ease of use. The ability for multiple users.
Basic cloud based appointment scheduling app
Opmerkingen: I am not in love of this app but it definitely worth trying as it has features that will help for scheduling and get reminders of payments at low price but not lowest.
Pluspunten:
I loved the ease of use and integration with goigle calender that helps me sync my Google appointments with Acuity scheduling app. Secondly, I can book and send branded reminders to my co workers and clients. Lastly, its most useful feature that I use specially for clients who forget to pay on time. Its payment acceptance feature that enable me to accept payment from stripe and paypal.
Minpunten:
Need to learn css to customize the branding for appointments Searching for previous appointments is cumbersome and exhaust lots of time to figuring out.

Redenen om voor Acuity Scheduling te kiezen: Calendly made me switch as it not much organised in terms of multiple appointments scheduled between a small time intervals. Even I couldn't add my vranding to appointment mails in calendly.
Overgestapt van: Calendly
Redenen om over te stappen op Acuity Scheduling: Custimizing appointment as per yoyr branding is only thing that made me choose Acuity over other alternatives and also low pricing.
Acuity Scheduling is a star shining brightly in meeting scheduling.
Opmerkingen: My meetings scheduling experience has gotten way much better and precise since i started using Acuity Scheduling. It uses automations which makes it easy to locate the most suitable scheduling time making scheduling very effortless and errorless. I have loved every experience i have had with Acuity Scheduling.
Pluspunten:
Acuity Scheduling has a very lightweight and easy to learn user interface making the learning curve very short and smooth. It uses automation workflows which help find perfect scheduling time making scheduling very accurate. Acuity Scheduling integrates with third party products i use making it possible to use it for scheduling meetings on various conferencing products.
Minpunten:
I have not had any disappointments with Acuity Scheduling. All features works greatly without any flaws. Nothing to like least honestly.
Not the best, not the worst.
Opmerkingen: I've used much better platforms then this, ones that allow the flow of the schedule with the patient names and not needing to switch pages every time.
Pluspunten:
I like the clarity of the pages and the page landscape.
Minpunten:
It is difficult to navigate patients and I do not like how to search for patients, it is not user friendly.
