Out of the blue, we received threatening emails stating that they were going to stop processing our payments and close our account, despite us having done nothing wrong. When we called them to find out what was happening, we were told there was "nothing to worry about", yet they continued sending intimidating emails demanding documents and personal information before they would even discuss the matter with us. The whole experience felt very unprofessional and concerning. As a business, you simply can't afford to have your payment provider putting your company at risk like this. There are plenty of other reputable payment providers available, so we switched immediately.
