Why use any other platform to manage projects!!

Opmerkingen: We love being able to collaborate with our team, share ideas, support and feedback all in one platform :)!

Pluspunten:

We love how easy it is to setup projects, collaborate and monitor success all in one platform! We also love that it integrates seamlessly with other task management platforms.

Minpunten:

We have yet to find a fault!! The layout is gorgeous, it's easy to use and we are able to monitor multiple projects all at once!

Redenen om voor Asana te kiezen: The features were easier to use in Asana, and it was able to integrate seamlessly with Sunsama which is what we use as a daily to do list.

Useful for tracking, doesn't replace other communication methods

Opmerkingen: I think this can be an effective project management tool, if project managers and team members are given enough time to input information and stay up-to-date. But the claims that it will make everything faster are not true. It also doesn't necessarily reduce communications. It may simplify some redundant communications if those redundancies are because of needing to communicate in multiple channels about non-urgent items, but urgent and critical information still needs to be communicated thoroughly so it is not overlooked. Overall, I like the project, but think it should be implemented with these understandings as well as a robust training plan.

Pluspunten:

I love the interface as I'm not inclined to use something that looks unappealing. The templates are easy to customize including the workflows.

Minpunten:

The projects don't have the kind of visibility that they claim. It is more difficult than many realize to train people to use this who don't think like the system is setup. It is clear for people who think like this but the design isn't really intuitive otherwise. It doesn't replace other methods of communication for critical tasks and project communications, which can be disappointing to some people based on the marketing.
