Great for small businesses on a budget

Opmerkingen: No complaints considering we are able to do most of what we need with the free version.

Pluspunten:

Easy to use, free and very quick to pickup.

Minpunten:

No way to collaborate on tasks.... or a way to assign points to tasks. Maybe paid feature?

Redenen om over te stappen op Asana: Asana gave us everything we needed for the price.

Simple yet fully effective

Opmerkingen: Excellent and I couldn't see our company wanting to replace the software. The other thing to mention is that I am sure there resolution services are good however we have never needed to contact them in the years that we have been a customer. The software never seems to glitch which is unheard of.

Pluspunten:

It is so effortless to use. Instead of software trying to justify its cost by making things more complicated than it needs to be, asana just allows you to tailor exactly the internal sheets you need so you can collaborate easily with a widespread team.

Minpunten:

The only downside with Asana is just its level of integration with other software that we use on a daily basis. We knew that Asana didn't integrate with the software we wanted it too but decided that it was still worth implementing within our business.

Redenen om over te stappen op Asana: It just looked like it had the ability to give us templates that were able to be tailored best to our needs as a business. Some of the alternatives were either too fixed once a template was made or the opposite and you had to spend too much time building them up from scratch which almost defeated the purpose.

Use it if you have to—otherwise choose an alternative

Opmerkingen: Overall, Asana seems to "do the job" as long as you don't need help from their support teams, you're good to go. It's not my favorite tool so I only use it if a client requires me to. Otherwise, I think there are better products out there.

Pluspunten:

It's proven useful for collaboration on team projects. It's convenient for communication per tasks and projects. The userface is also quite clean and easy to work with.

Minpunten:

Asana doesn't exactly give the impression they care much about you as a client - the support is slow at the best of times and they constantly spam your email.

A fabulous software we cannot live without

Opmerkingen: Really excellent from start to finish, it syncs easily with our Google calendar workspaces, our time tracking softwares, it has helped our business grow, get organised and far more efficient. It's invaluable and we love it also from a personal organisation point of view now as well as professionally.

Pluspunten:

Clarity and ease of adding tasks, the app works super well on the go too for this, adding in particular features specific to projects, easy scheduling and assigning of tasks, view settings, the kamban boards, gantt views and goal setting and linking capabilities. It's really intuitive and we love it.

Minpunten:

The work flow setting up is tricky to master if you're not already good at that sort of thing and it would be great to be able to download the gantt charts and calendars to share with people not required on our Asana platform but otherwise it's really well supported, the education is excellent and we love it.

Great project management software

Opmerkingen: Overall, Asana meets all of our needs and the large portion of our wants.

Pluspunten:

I love being able to keep everyone on the same page. When implementing our software product, Asana lets each person on the project know what is expected of them and what is expected of others. There is no "I thought you were doing that" or "what are we waiting on". Asana eliminated this. I also love being able to build templates that I can utilize again and again. I don't have to start over each time.

Minpunten:

I wish that Asana had the ability to segment users more. I want complete control over who can comment, who can post, who can complete task, etc. Asana does some of this but it needs to be more granular.
