Great product. Very expensive.

The cost. This is not a cheap piece of software. However it is a robust system, to be fair.

Opmerkingen: Overall, the software helps keep track of daily conversations with clients, but that is entirely dependent on the user actually documenting.
The software does a really good job of letting you track activities and will help remind you of upcoming deadlines.
It seems like its biggest upside is the fact that it helps track financials. From an agent perspective, there are client integration and creation problems. Also, when you get your daily downloads, if there is something, like a middle initial, missing on the policy, it will get hung up in the interface and require manual processing.
