Rentall Customer service is horrible and almost always unreachable… Do not hire this company\! Since asking for a refund I have only been contacted demanding we pay again and threatened with legal action, when I explain the situation I am told someone will contact me… months go by and I am again contacted to demand payment but never about the refund I have asked for on several occasions..
