To get the donations entered in the software and into the accounting, you need to do multiple steps which are not even linked to the bank integration system. 2. For the contribution statements, there is not too many options to filter. For example, you cannot generate a report on acknowledged/dismissed contribution statements. Why even have these fields if they are not useable? 3. You cannot save the email template so you have to type it over every time you want to email a contribution statement. > > It's impossible to reach their customer service. I've been trying for 2 weeks and they just hang up on the wait line after 10 mins\!
