Helpful, but still learning the ropes

Opmerkingen: Overall it's been helpful, and the ability to mark tasks as in progress or complete is great. I also really like the fact that comments are sent out via email to review when added to tasks, that is very helpful.

Pluspunten:

I like the ability to create copy's of tasks and then edit them from there. We have a lot of projects that are similar but need tweaking or just new ones every week.

Minpunten:

I am still learning proofhub, but we have a lot of company projects and once you get more than a handful of tasks a day, it can become fairly hard to see the bigger picture of tasks are at hand. I love the calendar view, but often I have more projects than fit in the box on each day so it's tough to get an idea of what is coming up.

A lot of potential yet poorly implemented

Pluspunten:

Our experience with ProofHub started out great. The enthusiastic marketing guys were wonderful. We were happy and anything seemed possible. Tutorial videos were great, all the features we need are there. We subscribed immediately for 1 year.

Minpunten:

After a few months, the team became uncomfortable using ProofHub. UI is fast but a bit erratic. The Gantt chart which management heavily relies on is a pain to use and set up for each project. It's there, it completes ProofHub's feature list, but using it became no longer practical since more time is wasted for trying it to work as intended. The team reverted back to manual project management. We were not able to get a refund for one year of payment. They said they're checking if they can still do a refund but no word ever since.

Great Software Overall

ProofHub is an incredibly strong and scalable project management tool that helps teams and businesses be more efficient and productive. Whether you’re handling a single or multiple projects at once, ProofHub assists with great organization and tracking features to make sure your projects don’t deviate from track. With all this said, I love ProofHub for its multilingual interface and fantastic customer support team.

What makes ProofHub standout is that it is really extensive; whether it’s project management, time tracking, file management, instant messaging, online proofing and much more. You can manage all aspects of your work with a single tool. While there are a lot of features, there’s nothing complicated and less tech-savvy users like me can use the tool with no issues whatsoever. The Scheduling calendar allows me to bring all my tasks, events, and milestones in one place. I get updates of all the activities taking place in my account through real-time in-app, desktop, email, and mobile notifications.

Essential for small and growing companies!

Opmerkingen: We really loved Proofhub as a smaller scale company first trying this type of software! It is great for project management on the marketing and sales side and will be super easy for employees to learn quickly. Loved our experience with ProofHub, just outgrew its capabilities as we increased in size!

ProofHub was the first organization software our company used and it really helped us get experience to see how impactful that is to our organization. It is very simple to integrate and get a lot of licenses for people to get in the system, as well as super simple for the end user to learn the system!

Minpunten:

We found it difficult for proofhub to expand to all the needs of our organization and wasn't super scalable. It worked well for our marketing team, but couldn't meet the needs of other departments like Operations and IT.

ProofHub has streamlined my working process

A great tool at such a reasonable price

Opmerkingen: ProofHub centralized everything for us. We have a single platform where we can plan campaigns, build workflows, assign tasks, keep check on progress, and collaborate effectively. My team knows all the responsibilities and deadlines. Also, it makes it pretty easy for me to get an overview of ongoing projects.

Pluspunten:

ProofHub brings all our content assets to one location, solving the hassle of finding information that was once scattered in different locations. Also, we are quite impressed with its file-version features. Teams of editors now just go to version history and track what has been updated. Another thing that wins ProofHub brownie points is the way it makes collaboration seamless for the team. There is no confusion anymore- on task responsibilities, expectations, and deadlines. You open the task and you know exactly what needs to be done and by whom. Teams no longer use Slack groups for task-related discussions but prefer communicating in the respective task comment section of each task.

Minpunten:

Initially, I found the features a little complex as they were too many. But with time, I was really happy to use almost all of them and improve the project outcomes.

ProofHub: Easy to implement and intuitive to use.

The UI is very clean and appealing. There are many choices for colour modes and wallpapers. The tasking process was very intuitive and assigning tasks to members was also very easy. While creating dependencies required a little more navigation than other actions, it was a very straightforward process. The real-time updates to tasks that ProofHub provides is extremely useful when working in an environment with many contributors.

Minpunten:

It would be nice to have more options for default tasking configurations, as well as more than one layer of sub-tasks within a task list. While my time using ProofHub is limited to only two months, I have tasks that sometimes require three or more layers of sub-tasks and sub-sub-tasks. While it is possible to achieve the same result by having multiple task-lists, it would streamline my workflow to have both options available.

Great for managing a remote team

We needed a seamless way to approve large amounts of content for a large project. Proofhub allowed us to comment and track those versions that incorporated those changes.

The clicking on content for feedback could be a bit tricky at times.

Opmerkingen: ProofHub is a one-stop shop for all of our project management needs and can be used in a variety of ways. It's really simple to communicate with employees and clients directly from within each project. It will help you stay organised and on schedule to meet any deadlines that you may have. We use Asana for a variety of activities like team communication, file management, proofing, time tracking, and other things in our company. ProofHub solved our problem of having information spread in multiple locations. In one spot, ProofHub has helped us keep organized and function more efficiently.

ProofHub is an all-in-one tool with a wide range of functions that will assist you no matter what you use it for. I like how they are constantly adding new tools and features. This is an excellent tool for working with team members and clients. ProofHub can also interface with the apps you use every day. ProofHub can be utilised in a variety of ways, and you can tailor your project views to meet the project you're working on.

When our team started working remotely, it was very tough for us to stay on the same page and track our progress or productivity. Everything was spread all over the place and it resulted in project delays. Ever since we started using ProofHub, working remotely has become a piece of cake. It literally feels like a digital office. Excellent task management features like Kanban boards, Table view and Gantt charts helped us plan, assign and track tasks easily in one place. Being a manager, tracking my team’s progress was getting out of my hands as all of my team members were located in different parts of the world. ProofHub’s robust time tracking and reporting system helped me keep track of my team’s work in one place. Also, we did not have to rely much on annoying video and voice calls as we could easily use ProofHub’s inbuilt chat and discussion board to communicate with each other. ProofHub's all-in-one project management system has brought my remote team together and helped us achieve better.

There isn't anything really problematic with this tool that I can think of. It's easy to use, affordable, and robust. I'd give it a ten out of ten!

Great collaboration tool for teams working remotely or hybrid.

Opmerkingen: As we started to fill in remote positions at our company, it became difficult to bring remote employees on the same page with in-house members. We needed a strong platform that could facilitate communication between these teams. ProofHub offered a way to share project information as well as communication tools for our teams in an easy-to-use package. We were able to move out of Skype and email which were hard to track. The tool consolidated all project communication in a manageable interface that made the teams focus back on work, rather than struggling with emails and pings all day. So, overall, we have reduced several challenges related to remote work using ProofHub.

Pluspunten:

We like the fact that it has several collaboration features for remote teams. We have several team members who work remotely and communicating with them can often become difficult. The tool helped us build a communication workflow, streamline daily work updates and reduce conflicts in remote settings. Our teams share work files and track project flow using the web and mobile apps.

Minpunten:

As there are a lot of updates flowing all day, we wanted to tweak notification delivery somehow. Not a great disliking but hopefully this feature gets added in upcoming versions.

Extremely simple and easy to use too. After I compared it with more than 6 other tools - ProofHub won in our company because it was really easy to use and implement in not-only-PMs team and the cost is reasonable. It has great Gantt charts, personal views, project separation, user roles, different ways of presenting information, bulk upload, templates, etc. Really enjoyed using it.

Minpunten:

The tool is quite simple and might not be working for large organisations and complex projects. There are no workflows and requirements management.

Loved all the features... Very easy to use

Pluspunten:

I love the notebooks, discussion, timer, and all the other features that really help me create a robust client portal for my coaching clients. It was very easy for me to duplicate projects and I loved how helpful customer service was during my maternity leaves (twice :-)) They are definitely on top of their game and will continue to use them as soon as I am able to.

None. Everything so far has been great so I can't complain. I wish the pricing was lower but I understand that business is business.
