I use Acculynx to communicate with production and administration. It does a good job of messaging. You can create all types of templates for different roofing products and locations. It does a good job with pictures. You can upload them and edit them easily. You can also upload documents easily. > > **Minpunten**: Templates are not as flexible as you would like. If you create an estimate, you can clone it for, let's say, a different product. I'm often doing estimates for several product options. However, if you need to make a change, which happens all the time, you need to reflect that change in each cloned estimate. This takes time and can easily result in mistakes. Another problem with the estimating process is that you put together estimates based on measurements that are entered. If you need to change the measurements for any reason, you need to redo all your estimates. This is a huge drawback. The CMS aspects of the program are very weak. So weak, I choose not to use them and need to keep a standalone system. Finally, they have several nice enhancements, many of which are additional fees. If you want to use them, the entire company must adopt it at the management level.
