Pluspunten:
I was paying over $300/mo for a full service payroll for myself + 3 employees to a CPA. I now pay under $40/month for full service payroll with Patriot, and their software is a joy to use. Running a quick payroll, and handling bonuses, benefits, and deductions is so straight forward. The setup and support team is easy to access, quick to answer, and in the US!

Just because I like to have all of the information, as a feature suggestion, it would be nice to have a tax portal to see my balances and standing all of the state/federal tax accounts.

Opmerkingen: patriot NEVER states UP FRONT that it does NOT mail W2s or 1099s. for a civilian, that is exactly what they need. Every payroll provider i have EVER encountered automatically mails W2s and 1099s. What is the point of paying for PAYROLL service if they do not perform this CRITICAL FUNCTION????????Without mailing tax documents, there is NOTHING to like about this payroll service

Christine, we're sorry about the confusion. If your employees have the employee portal, they can opt-in for electronic W2s. We try to communicate this with our end-of-the-year emails and webinar as clearly as we can. We do, however apologize for your frustration and will take your comments back to our product team.

Opmerkingen: Customer service is helpful and has been great! Love not having to process all Q and YE reports and W-2s. The W-2s are ready right away which our clients love!

That it does not integrate with QB so we manually need to do JE. The time tracking is cumbersome with accruals for time off.

Opmerkingen: We love that patriot files our taxes accurately and on time so that we don't need to additionally pay an accountant to do that for us.
Pluspunten:
We are a fairly new nonprofit started in the past 3 years. We started out using patriot payroll and its made paying our employees, paying taxes and filing taxes, as well as tracking what we pay contractors easy and doable for us! It is user friendly and is a very non complicated system. We love the time card management addition that allows our employees to fill out their own time cards, but also allows the administrator to edit them as needed.
Minpunten:
I don't feel much needs to be improved upon, I am happy with the software and feel its very user friendly. I have not had any issues with it at all.
