Opmerkingen: While the product does exactly what it is designed to do, the staff makes the "TIE Experience" complete. No matter how great a solution you may have, without good support you may find yourself with a system that is down, and no where to turn.
Pluspunten:
We interact with many vendors. The ability to go any to any has been quite useful for us. In addition, simplified deployment from QA to production cuts down on overhead. The staff from account mangers, to trainers, to support are always available and knowledgeable. Reporting is flexible and intuitive as well. Features such as tracking transactions as they move through the system give us the ability to have the answers when asked.
Minpunten:
By necessity, the system is complex. The results in a long learning curve when training. However, this is not insurmountable, and requires diligence in training.
TIE Kinetix EDI Solutions
Opmerkingen: We have used the product for both external facing and internal business needs to a great deal of satisfaction.
Pluspunten:
I like the simplicity of integration with existing business processes, its ease of use and unparalleled reliability.
Minpunten:
I feel that it is not the most feature rich solution available to us, but with that said, it has been more than able to cover our needs.

Opmerkingen:
I've not worked with any vendor that is so customer unfriendly as TIE Kinetix/SPS.
They are sending invoices even before the tools are ready. Customer support is not helping on error messages and instantly close tickets.
Pluspunten:
The FLOW tool is working pretty good, when you have set it up. Dashboard is nice, FLOW tool works pretty fast. Except the TIE Kinetix/SPS team is not customer friendly at all.
Minpunten:
Customer support is not good Employee's does not respond to any messages, even managers will not help A lot of configurations are needed, and they need your help. It's not that it's a full-service setup

Can easily integrate with SQL using JAVA. Mapping can easily be copied and pasted for a different trading partner.
Minpunten:
Have to be careful when setting up structures such as fields and sub-fields.
