Best program for small (1-person) to large (multi-site/teams/and personnel)

Opmerkingen: I’ve been using the software now for around a month, but the support I’m getting for setup has been amazing. The best part for me was the price to program managing ability. I am operating off a new grant where I’m a single user program offering services to an entire county. For this I needed ability to track clients but could not justify the cost of most programs. This program provides me more resources than the larger packages that were triple the cost, and the tech support/attention I receive when asking for support is exceptional. With this program once the initial year is established, I can easily expand my number of users and onboard them myself allowing our program and tracking system to grow as one.

Pluspunten:

This program came tailored to fit a larger operation doing the client tracking I desired. Further it was setup with features and documents I had yet to think of. Working with their technical support team Joseph, they taught me how to use and modify programs to meet my needs. Most importantly from just talking with them I would later be contacted and told that they have modified and created programs to match what I was telling them I wanted to do. After 24 years of working with the federal government and running programs I can honestly say I have never received this level of personal attention and support.

Minpunten:

Firehose. This program has so much potential and ability to meet your demands, but it does take a lot to retain the process. My eyes have glossed over halfway through talking with support about the process, but luckily afterwards came a written/screen shot process. For some of the steps I am thankful I’m able to reach them so I can practice getting through the first few steps and then email them and ask, “Now where do I go from here?”

The software program offers all of the features required by our organization. User friendly.

Pluspunten:

The software is modified to fit the user needs. When changes are needed for the software, the turn around time is quick. I really like the personalized support of the staff and features of the software. Our staff is receptive to the software and is using daily.

Minpunten:

Some features have too many steps and need to be simplified. The user manual is not user friendly - cannot follow the examples . We had to create our own training material.

CSM Human Services Software

Opmerkingen: We have been using CSM Human Services Software, by AdvanTec Information Systems, LLC for more than 5 years, to aid in the tracking, reporting and billing of our Hospice operations for multiple hospitals and private needs. During our years of use CSM has been adapted and modified to meet our needs and simplify operations in both a timely and cost effective way. Support has always been available and frequently done immediately for simple or instructive needs. More complex needs can take longer but have always been completed. We would highly recommend CSM for Human Services needs.

Pluspunten:

This has cut our billing process in half.

Minpunten:

Sometimes it is hard to match the resident to the payor.

CSM streamlined my entire operation

Opmerkingen: Outstanding.. I can see that we will be able to expand our business and manage it much more effectively while providing an even higher quality of service and keep our costs in line.

Pluspunten:

This software provides fully integrated client and employee scheduling, task assignment, service provision, time reporting, document management features -- all employees know what they need to do with whom and when, and I know if and when they did it. We can adapt the systems form, data collection and process flow to our specific needs. I can audit any part of my operation immediately and know that my clients are getting a high quality product. All client data and documents are immediately available to all the staff that need them. .

Minpunten:

.. it takes a couple of months to bring all the features on-line and maximize benefits -- as we loaded our custom templates and forms into the system in addition to the standard tools already in place.

Take a while to figure everything out as the system admin and understanding all the parts of the software. Paying for training hours to learn how to used the program to your advantage and not having 24 hours tech support

Great customer service , that is always willing to help.
Software is customize to your company need to the very last detail.
Link to your company website within the software.
Very little down time, never a hold business day
This software is so great, it will make you want to expand your company, with everything there is pro and con, but the pro outweigh the con to a million. If you own or manage a group home or assisted living facility, this is the best software for you, it worth the time it take to get everything together.
