Opmerkingen: My experience with Dayforce HCM has been positive. It has improved the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR procedures by cutting down on manual work. The centralized design of the platform improves HR's ability to work with staff.

Pluspunten:

Dayforce HCM is an all-inclusive system that does an excellent job of integrating different HR processes. Payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, and labor management are all efficiently managed by the centralized system.

Minpunten:

The system is powerful, but it takes some time to get it up and running for the first time. The implementation time might be cut in half with better onboarding materials.

Great HR solution for time, vacation monitoring and payroll

Pluspunten:

Ease of use, everything is neatly labeled, and tailored for the customer. In Poland we have many rules where it comes to vacation, sick leaves and overtime pay etc etc. Clocking in and out is fast and reliable so there is no stress when you enter your work - as it should be. Dayforce also offers nice PoE Android tablets for clock in and clock out with physical RFID tag, very neat solution with simple WebGUI for users and HR

Minpunten:

I've been using it daily for almost 3 years now, and haven't had any major issues :)

Good app for statements

Opmerkingen: My experience was satisfactory, it does the work of pay stubs and forms. The UI and UX can be better.

Pluspunten:

The pay stubs were elaborative, about hours, overtime, stat pays and the net pay percentage etc.

Minpunten:

It logs me out of the app now and then. But I have used it for more than a year, it does a decent job.

Good HCM Platform Overall

Opmerkingen: I had never used Dayforce as an end user prior to taking my current role as the Dayforce Administrator and there have definitely been more "good days" than "bad" with implementing and learning the entire platform.

Pluspunten:

Dayforce is a robust system overall. I have only been using as an administrator for seven months and was able to quickly learn and become an SME is many different areas across the platform.

Minpunten:

WE have 5 separate business entities all under our one Dayforce platform and there are many config settings that are global, which creates issues for us when trying to customize to each entity.

This is a great product

Opmerkingen: I use Dayforce HCM everyday. Navigation between the different pages is seamless.

Pluspunten:

It is easy to use. Customer support is excellent. The software has little to no flaws.

Minpunten:

Report building is probably the only thing that is hard to do.

THE BEST Payroll Software

Pluspunten:

It is easy to have employees' clock in and out. Keeping track of hours is so important.

Minpunten:

Finding forms can be a little hard to navigate for new users.

All in one

Pluspunten:

Dayforce allows us to house all HR, Payroll, and Benefit information in one place. It offers fun features like HUB, and TeamRelate.

Minpunten:

Our industry is complex and team members have many different jobs. Work assignments in Dayforce can be difficult to work with given our complex circumstances.

Good reporting elements

Opmerkingen: Overall, Dayforce was a highly efficient tool for tracking and analyzing workforce data. It effectively managed various aspects of staff attendance and shift organisation, contributing to a smoother reporting process.

Pluspunten:

What I liked most about Dayforce was its ability to streamline attendance tracking and provide detailed reports on staffing metrics. It made monitoring punctuality and shift patterns straightforward, improving overall workforce management. The role I held when using Dayforce was using the data for a reporting perspective and I found it easy and simple.

Minpunten:

The thing I liked least about Dayforce was the interface. It sometimes felt a bit cluttered, requiring extra steps to access certain data points, which could slow down the reporting process.

Opmerkingen: My overall experience the past few years using Dayforce has been steady, I have had issues uploading my Schedules into my Phone Calendar in the past, but Dayforce makes this really easy.

Pluspunten:

Dayforce is very reliable and it updates on time. I love all the information I have access to through Dayforce as well.

Minpunten:

There is nothing I dislike about Dayforce.

Super powerful HRIS, but difficult to implement and maintain

Pluspunten:

Dayforce does everything we need it to do: payroll, tax calculations, workforce management, time and attendance, document management. It's an incredibly powerful platform for managing and serving our employee population, and integrates well with other software platforms and applications including ERPs.

Minpunten:

The implementation process required a level of resource commitment (both financial and personnel) that we weren't prepared for, so the timeline from kick-off to go-live had to be extended several times. The implementation ended up costing double what was budgeted, and took six more months than expected.

Why choose Dayforce?

Opmerkingen: Overall, Dayforce has been able to meet our needs and our support team is always available when questions come up. Our TAM has made the transition to Dayforce as well as our day to day issues n opportunity to learn and resolve instead of pain points that frustrate us.

Pluspunten:

Dayforce is as close to one stop shopping as we could find and still be able to meet our needs. Having so much data in one spot allows for powerful reporting.

Minpunten:

If Dayforce had an internal ability to electronically sign documents it would be so much easier to set up and maintain onboarding documents.

Dayforce makes user experience, reporting, and payroll processing easy

Opmerkingen: Dayforce's ongoing calculating options and support for large payroll batches are invaluable. I am relieved to have the ability to provide timely salary spending reports to upper management.

Pluspunten:

In addition to the system's features, I appreciate Ceridian's helpful staff and customer service. Ceridian has clearly given careful consideration to the full scope of the employee experience, as evidenced by the cohesiveness of its many modules. The fact that they interact with one another is a plus.

Minpunten:

I wish I had been given more background or forewarning about the actual process of implementation. It's a real slog, and I didn't feel ready for it with the resources at my disposal. If I'd realized it was going to be such a slog, I would have made more of an effort to get ready.

I appreciate how easy it is to commit payroll using Ceridian

Opmerkingen: It's aesthetically pleasing and uncluttered. Instantaneous and efficient payroll processing. I like that it always seeks for new and better features. Many of our company's manual processes have been eliminated thanks to Ceridan Dayforce.

Pluspunten:

Dayforce streamlines our human resources, payroll, benefits, time tracking, recruiting, and onboarding processes, increasing productivity, profitability, and morale across the board.

Minpunten:

I didn't like the reporting since you couldn't change some of it and it was all in PDF format, but they've made great strides in that direction in the three years since we started working here. V2 reporting allows for more flexibility and personalization.

Opmerkingen: Overall positive experience with Dayforce. The platform allows us to configure changes as needed without the ability to rely on Dayforce support. Dayforce Tax could use some improvement.

Dayforce Tax Services does a poor job of partnering with clients. The system does not naturally respect tax jurisdiction reciprocity rules.

Dayforce- Helps all your People Needs

Pluspunten:

Dayforce has all the solutions you need to manage your workforce and keep them engaged. From the core services such as payroll and benefits, to a slew of talent modules to help with recruiting, onboarding, and much more.

Minpunten:

Dayforce can be very technical if you want to keep things customized to your company. So having someone on the technical side in your company, managing and maintain configurations may be needed.

Dayforce Review

Pluspunten:

Dayforce has many great features. The HUB is a great new additional in the last 2 years. It provides a great place to house important information easily. Onboarding is really nice and streamlined. It is easy to navigate and set up. If you have the Onboarding HUB, visibly it provides a new start to the candidate experience. I have worked with the Performance and Compensation module the last 3 years and it has a lot of neat functionality and pretty easy to navigate.

Minpunten:

Dayforce is very technical. It is nice to know you can build customize forms but not coming from an IT background, trying to learn SQL has been a challenge. There are a lot of nice reports but it is very challenging to set up certain reports utilizing custom fields. Dayforce is constantly enhancing their products but continually to have to pay for each new enhancement the majority of the time is challenging especially coming from a Non-Profit world when we already utilize most of the system.

Empowering System

Opmerkingen: Overall, I believe Dayforce works well for our business. It has been key in propelling us forward and empowering our managers to have accountability and oversight of key information.

Pluspunten:

The self service and ease of use. That integration with other platforms is possible, however a lot of HRIS needs as catered to through Dayforce itself.

Minpunten:

There are a lot of nuances to each individual business and sometimes this cant be catered to. If it is possible, then it usually comes with additional cost to the business.

Dayforce, make sure you have the right partner

Opmerkingen: Love it for payroll but hate updating things.

Pluspunten:

I love the possibilities of Dayforce. If you have the right partner, you can literally have it do whatever you want.

Minpunten:

I dislike the way our system was built from implementation. It's basically a spiderweb behind the scenes.

Excellent Overall Product

Dayforce is an entirely capable product with excellent module flexibility and capability. Dayforce also gives the user ownership and control to customize the product as they prefer for their organization.

Minpunten:

The recruiting module could use some overall improvement.

Dayforce enhances the ability to improve customer projects

Opmerkingen: We needed a performance management tool to manage compensation, human resources, time and attendance, and this year we will begin using Dayforce for these purposes. Because the company has many locations and a diverse range of user skills, Dayforce is simple for employees to use and understand. HR and payroll administrators are comfortable using it for their daily tasks. Dayforce aims to improve the quality of its system for users and the experience they have. Updates are constantly being made to incorporate new features and enhancements, as well as troubleshooting. The operational Dayforce tasks that you have the ability to perform normally are those that you choose to launch; if they are not beneficial to the tasks you have, you may want to leave most of the tasks turned off.

Pluspunten:

The moment I have a complication, my support point deals with it correctly and with great accuracy. Dayforce offers a lot of training by video or under the guidance of a professional. These are very helpful to go back over or in case I want to run a new feature. Features are constantly being updated and enhancements added to features; some of which are user suggestions. We do not turn to IT services for assistance with Dayforce; any complications are handled by myself, the HRIS administrator, and assistance with Dayforce as needed.

Minpunten:

There are some complications with custom reporting; in general, if they require a modification, such as adding a field, there is likely to be a fee to do so.

Pluspunten:

Super easy to use, loved that you could do all of your scheduling as well as HR offerings. Also love that it offers an easy to use app with the same features as desktop.

Minpunten:
