Love Jotform Sign-it’s so efficient
Opmerkingen: Love Jotform sign. I have used docu sign for other services but Jotform is much more user friendly and easier. I have told my colleagues about Jotform and I believe some of them are using it too now.

It’s easy to use and my clients never have any issues with it.
Minpunten:
The amount of signatures you get a month, sometimes I run over. I was having an issue where clients signatures were not going through the first time causing them to sign again and it was causing duplicates but I have not had that occur within the last 9 months

The "Free Trial" isn't worth it
Opmerkingen: Not impressed, but it did force me to learn to create my own forms in an actual free app.
Pluspunten:
The very first form I created turned out fine. Until I wanted to update the form and it caused nothing but headaches.
Minpunten:
Hard to update. If you create too many forms, you will be charged. Clients had difficultly using form, in the end caused me more work. The Free Trial is VERY limited.

We'd like to clarify that forms can be edited anytime and anywhere by simply logging in to your Jotform account, then edit the form you want. In addition to that, any changes on your form will also automatically reflect on the live form, so there's no need to update or re-embed your form manually. Please understand that each of the plans has their own limits. For example, on the Starter (Free) plan, you can only keep 5 active forms at a time. We believe the Starter plan is enough for basic usage. We also have plenty of helpful guides and video tutorials you can find in our User Guide section here: http://www.jotform.com/help/. Opmerkingen: Overall, I would recommend using Jotform Sign because of the ease of use and how it is compatible with any smart device.

Jotform Sign is an online software that allows you to create, edit, sign and share documents. It makes it easy to share documents for people to sign anywhere and submit for review.
Minpunten:
The only con with Jotform Sign is that the free version only allows you to create/sign 10 documents before you have to upgrade. If you are needing to create and share more documents, you will have to pay.

Opmerkingen: It has allowed to change multiple procedures and has drastically improved UX as we can digitise a lot of our processes due to utilising Jotform Sign.

It has allowed us to digitise forms that previously had to be completed by hand as they required signatures.

Nothing so far. It has worked well throughout.

Great solution and very competitive
Opmerkingen: My experience has been excellent, so much so that I have recommended Jotform and Jotform Sign to many other businesses, who now also use it.
Pluspunten:
Jotform Sign allows me to collect legally binding signatures on my contracts. It's very easy to set up and gives me far more signatures per month than other solutions I used previously, which were nowhere near as good or flexible. I've used Jotform for several years so when I realised that Jotform Sign was part of the solution it was a no brainer to use it.
Minpunten:
Nothing, it's so much better than the competition, especially when you take into account what a great tool Jotform is even without Jotform Sign!

Great Way of Support
Opmerkingen: I have spent a good amount of time together with my team to set-up the forms. We have saved a lot in cost and time by using this service and it's quite hassle free once it has been properly set-up. Sometimes it becomes challenging to deal with little boxes while moving them to fit in a suitable place. Overall a great service, Electronic and digital signature features are making it marvellous.

Jotform Sign has an incredible importance in my eyes. This feature automates our workflow and forms can be signed anywhere and at anytime which makes the process much quicker than usual.

Jotform Sign is great addition to Jotform
Opmerkingen: We enjoy our use of jotform as a whole and are always impressed with the features they add. Jotform Sign seemed like a major addition and they executed it well. This form for example, won't let me submit and isn't telling me why, and that would NEVER happen if it was based on jotform's platform. Capterra gets zero stars, Jotform gets ten.
Pluspunten:
The form building features of jotform have always been an integral part of much of our work, especially the conditional logic within the forms. Adding a legally compliant signature feature was a very welcome update.
Minpunten:
They do push us to try Jotform Enterprise occasionally and it is extremely our of our budget. Our older forms with encrypted submission data is not compatible with Jotform Sign, but it is a reasonable incompatibility.

Terrific, customizable tool!
Opmerkingen: One of my favorite tools! As I said before, the addition of Jotform Sign to the Jotform platform has expanded our use of it. And the price is so reasonable!
Pluspunten:
I am SO glad someone told me about Jotform! Our clients and agents are spread around the country, and most of what we accomplish happens virtually. I've been using Jotform for a number of different forms, and when they added Jotform sign, I was able to expand our use of it because we can track the signature received, making contracts complete.
Minpunten:
It can be difficult to find answers to specific questions. I'd appreciate a live rep availability through a chat box.

Makes life simple

Pluspunten:
I require my clients to read, acknowledge and sign a contract once a deposit has been paid, as I need to protect myself and the client. Jotform allows me to customise my contract how I need it. I love getting the notifications once a form is completed. The best part is having the mobile app, so i have all of my contracts to hand.
Minpunten:
It looks a little tacky to the consumer, so something more professionally displayed would be better.

Simple to use with professional look

Jotform is great for Youth Ministry Permission & Medical forms.

Pricing is a bit of an issue for us because we don't have to use Jotform for only our larger event administration. But Jotform is great b/c after a month I can cancel and then sign back up a few months later and reactivate my account to pick up and us again.
