A Lifesaver for our Company

Opmerkingen: VERY positive, I can not recommend them highly enough!!!

Pluspunten:

Literally one of the best tools I have in my arsenal! Delivra helps me reach my customers and potential customers in a professional and easy to use way. Every time I have contacted customer support they've been great to work with and help me resolve my issue easy - and usually it's user error not Delivra!

Minpunten:

The reporting is sometimes over whelming because I don't need it to be as intricate as it is. But for many I think this is exactly what they are looking for.

Pluspunten:

Get other templates from different countries.

Minpunten:

Automation, assets, are very difficult/complicated to use.

Opmerkingen: Great staff. Nice product, but getting started with the new system is a bumpy ride.

Pluspunten:

Whenever I have had need to ask for help all staff are very friendly, personal, and helpful. They take suggestions seriously.

Minpunten:

New system rolled out recently has been full of glitches. It has many features that seem to be improved, but some features that I used in the older version are not available, though I am told they will be. I am not a very tech savvy person and would have preferred that glitches be smoothed out before I was changed over to the new version (though I have been able to switch back to the old version and work in the new version is there, so I can toggle back and forth between the two, if needed).

Great product, excellent customer service!

Opmerkingen: Our clients use email campaigns significantly to drive a significant amount of business to their website.

Pluspunten:

Delivra has lots of features and functionality and great customer service.

Minpunten:

The UI is not very straightforward and is pretty clunky. API documentation is lacking and native integrations into popular apps are either hard to find or non-existant. Setting up something simple like a welcome email is a convoluted and overly complicated process that isn't really documented anywhere.

Delivra -- One, Two, Delivered!

Opmerkingen: Delivra has made it easier to reach our variable audiences with a front end user experience that guides you step-by-step through the campaign development process. As a newcomer to marketing emails, I've been slowly learning Best Practices along the way. Delivra also offers insights into the effectiveness of your communications, including click rates, etc. This data is an invaluable part of the process, as it helps us determine our impact and create realistic improvement goals for our campaigns. Delivra has proven to be an asset to our communication plans.

Pluspunten:

We've been using Delivra to coordinate email campaigns to different audiences. The user experience is seamless and step-by-step; even the site colors were chosen for ease of use and accessibility. More than that, however, is that anyone can create a successful campaign, whether you've had marketing experience or not -- there's support there to help you every step of the way!

Minpunten:

I want to acknowledge that Delivra's customer service is built to support the client in every way, but I'd also like to learn how to solve more detailed issues as they arise myself. Being an expert in my area is important to me. The only improvement suggestion I can offer is to create more education materials for Delivra users on what some of the higher level errors mean and how to fix them for those that would want to take initiative.
